摘要: An air compressor is received in an accommodation box and contains a body, a cylinder, a motor, and a transmission mechanism. The body includes a first positioning orifice and a second positioning orifice. The cylinder is connected on the body and communicates with an air storage holder. The motor is fixed on the body, a small gear is received in the first positioning orifice, and a connection seat is accommodated in the first orifice. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocately so as to produce compressed airs. The motor includes at least one locking extension for engaging the motor with the body, hence the motor is fixed on the body securely without using any screws.

摘要: A fixing device of a motor of an air compressor contains: a body, a cylinder, a motor, a transmission mechanism, and at least one retainer. The body includes a first positioning orifice and a second positioning orifice. The cylinder is connected on the body. The motor is fixed on the body, a small gear is received in the first positioning orifice and is connected on the motor, and a connection seat of the motor is accommodated in the first orifice. The transmission mechanism actuates a piston to move in the cylinder reciprocately. The at least one retainer is configured to fix the body and the motor. A first end of at least one retainer is engaged on the body, and a second end of the at least one retainer is engaged on the motor so that the motor is fixed on the body without using any screws.

摘要: A piston of an air compressor contains at least one fixing bolt configured to fix a plane of a top of a head of the piston to at least one air stop sheet. A respective one of the at least one air stop sheet includes at least one bending section and at least one acting zone surrounding the at least one bending section and configured to cover at least one air orifice. A back surface of the at least one acting zone of the respective one air stop sheet moves away from the plane of the top of the head at an open angle θ, thus producing an air flowing space. A pressure of a cylinder balances with atmosphere, and the piston is not stopped by a back-pressure resistance to move smoothly in upward and downward moving strokes after the air stop sheet moves again.

摘要: An improved air compressor includes a cylinder that is fitted with a piston body and defines at its top wall a plurality of exit holes having different diameters and communicating between the cylinder and an air storage container. The exit holes are sealed by plugs and compression springs. The exit holes allow the compressed air produced in the cylinder to enter the air storage container more quickly. When the piston body approaches the top wall of the cylinder, one exit hole, with a smaller diameter, allows the compressed air to enter the air storage container more easily. The exit holes with different diameters allow the piston body to move in the cylinder more smoothly, and thus the efficiency of inflating an object can be increased.

摘要: An inflator having an enhanced cooling effect on its motor is disclosed, which includes a box composed a cover and a base, and a compressor unit installed in the box. The box is provided with airflow-guiding members cooperated with a cooling fan fitted at a rotating shaft of a motor used in the compressor unit to allow outside air to be quickly drawn into the interior of the box. Thereafter, the airflow can be guided by the airflow-guiding members to enter the interior of the motor to dissipate the heat generated by the rotor assembly in the motor and finally go out of the box. Therefore, heat is not easy to accumulate in the motor, so that maximum power output of the motor can be achieved, and the performance and service life of the motor can be increased.

摘要: A pressure indicator with a pressure-relief function is disclosed, which can release excessive pressure to the environment. The pressure indicator includes a transparent tube defining therein a first bore and a second bore, and a slider which can be forced by the medium supplied from an external pressure source to move along the first and second bores of the transparent tube. In particular, the first bore has a diameter greater than the second bore, and a tapered annular surface is provided between the first bore and the second bore of the transparent tube. When the pressure of the medium exceeds a predetermined pressure, the slider can be forced by the medium to reach the tapered annular surface, at which excessive medium can be released into the environment via an annular gap between the slider and the tapered annular surface.

摘要: A pressure indicator, which can be detachably connected to an air compressor for measuring the pressure of compressed air produced in the air compressor, includes a tube and a slider. The slider can be moved along a first bore and a second bore of the tube. The motion of the slider in the tube is similar to the motion of a piston body in a cylinder. The tube is provided with a tapered annular surface, between the first bore and the second bore, and defines an elongated opening. In addition, when the pressure of the compressed air exceeds a predetermined pressure, excessive air can be released into the ambient environment, without using a mechanical safety valve, so that an object can be prevented from over-inflation.

摘要: An air compressor with enhanced air compressing effect comprises a mounting chassis with a coupling aperture, a piston having a piston rod with a crankpin linking bore and a piston head with an air acting face, a cylinder having an air chamber with an inner top wall, and a driving mechanism including a motor having a shaft and a rotational crank cam with an eccentric crankpin. The coupling aperture on the mounting chassis is bias disposed relative to the axial line of the cylinder. Both of the air acting face on piston head and inner top wall in cylinder are configured into corresponding slant planar surface. The eccentric crankpin on the crank cam pivotally links the crankpin linking bore on the piston rod of the piston so that rotary motion of the crank cam is converted into linear reciprocating motion. Thus, air compressing effect is substantially enhanced.
