The preparing step comprises preparing a multi-axis machine tool, a laser displacement meter, an auto scraping apparatus and a computer. The scanning step comprises scanning the work piece. The flatness-parameter inputting step comprises inputting a flatness-parameter. The surface-finishing step comprises calculating out the to-be-scraped ranges of the work piece and scraping the work piece. The related-parameter inputting step comprises inputting desired PPI and POP in the computer, calculating out the HOP, the DOS and the oil content to obtain the length, the width and the depth of a single scraping process. The auto-scraping step comprises scraping the work piece to meet the requirement. The analyzing step comprises detecting the 3D-appearance drawing of the work piece.

A high precision, rapidly operable optical parallelism measurement device includes a light source module, a light beam splitting module and at least two photoelectric detectors. The light source module has a light source and a light beam splitting element such that the light source module is able to produce two light beams perpendicular to each other. One of them is parallel to the moving direction, and is received by one of the detectors, while the other beam is split into two beams perpendicular to each other by the light beam splitting module. One beam is parallel to the former parallel by moving beam and is received by the other detector. With this scheme, the measurement can be performed by means of those perpendicular and parallel light beams without being affected by the structure of the machine platen to cause errors. The device can be manufactured with low cost and high precision. It is very compact in size and easy to carry and build up for rapid measurement.

An automatic scan and mark apparatus has a machine tool, a location detection module, a laser detector, an ink jet and a control computer. The machine tool has a movable module and a stage. The stage mounts and holds a specimen having a scraped surface. The control computer controls the location detection module to determine a position of the movable module, controls the laser detector to detect a surface morphology of the scraped surface in a measurement range, and activates the ink jet to eject inks on high points of the scraped surface of the specimen. Thus, the surface morphology is built automatically and high points are screened out and marked by colored ink. Manufacturer may easily redo scraping of determined high points based on the marked location on the specimen without burdensome measurement.
