    摘要: A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition is provided comprising: a) 0.001 to less than 0.2% by weight, based on the weight of the total composition, of a scleroglucan having a mean molecular weight of 1×106 to 12×106; b) a cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; and, optionally, c) lactic acid, a lactate and/or pentanediol. The composition shows advantageous effects, such as moisturization of skin or mucosa, and has an antiaging and revitalizing effect on the skin. When combined with a certain bactericide as explained in claim 1, compositions containing native polysaccharides of the glucan class in general, especially of the scleroglucan as of component a), are well suitable to reduce the number of bacteria in mucosal or oral environments and minimise adhesion, while retaining a pleasant feeling on the mucosa or gingiva. Plaque thus can be efficiently prevented or removed.

    摘要: There are described 4-aminobut-2-ynecarboxylic acid derivatives of formula wherein R1 and R2 are each independently of the other hydrogen, C1-C20alkyl; C3-C12cycloalkyl; unsubstituted or C1-C5alkyl-, C3-C12cycloalkyl-, C1-C5alkoxy-, C3-C12cycloalkoxy-, halo-, oxo-, carboxy-, carboxy-C1-C7alkyl ester-, carboxy-C3-C12cycloalkyl ester-, cyano-, trifluoromethyl-, pentafluoroethyl-, amino-, N,N-mono- or di-C1-C20alkylamino- or nitro-substituted phenyl, phenyl-C1-C5alkyl, naphthyl and naphthyl-C1-C5alkyl; and R3 is C1-C20alkyl; C3-C12cycloalkyl. The compounds exhibit a pronounced activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and also against yeasts and moulds.

    摘要: A surface-active composition is described which comprises (a) from 0.01 to 90% by weight of a mixture of a microbicidal active ingredient of (a1) a diphenyl ether compound and (a2) a phenol derivative, (b) from 0 to 50% by weight of one or more hydrotropic agents, (c) from 0 to 80% by weight of one or more synthetic detergents or of a soap or of combinations of the mentioned substances and/or of a salt of a saturated and/or unsaturated C8–C22 fatty acid, (d) from 0 to 50% by weight of an alcohol, (e) from 0 to 50% by weight of typical ingredients for cleaning and disinfectant compositions and optionally (f) tap water or deionised water ad 100%. The compositions are used for the antimicrobial treatment of human skin and hair, of hard surfaces and of textile fibre materials.
