摘要： The invention relates to a damper construction (2) of a furnace coiler (1) which can especially be used in Steckel mills (1). A hot rolled strip is respectively coiled onto, and uncoiled off, a drum inside the furnace in a reversing manner, by means of a back and forth transport movement, and is optionally heated. Guiding flaps (6, 6′) are mounted on the displaceable damper (2) of the furnace coiler, for inserting and guiding the rolled strip. In order to improve maintenance work, the dampers (2) and the furnace coiler (1) are embodied as separate components. The dampers (2) are arranged on an element (4′) pertaining to a displaceable roller rack (4), said element being located beneath the furnace coiler (1). Each damper (2) is divided into at least two elements (2′, 2″) which can be hinged together, the two hinged elements being connected by means of a hinge bearing (7) in a pivoting manner.

摘要： Setting method for microplate washing devices has a receptacle for receiving a microplate and a washing head having washing cannulas. The cannulas are in an array corresponding to a well array with lowermost ends define a work plane. This work plane is parallel to a reference plane. In a first phase, the receptacle and/or washing head are moved together until the lowermost ends of the cannulas touch a surface defining the reference plane. A sensor device has a controller linked thereto and from the sensor device is registered using the controller and a relative altitude value is determined therewith, which indicates touching of the surface by the lowermost ends of the cannulas or for determining the position of this surface. Based on this, an active altitude of the lowermost ends of the washing cannulas in relation to an inner surface of the well bottoms of a microplate is determined.

According to the method in accordance with the invention for acquiring filter-specific data in a filter slide (1) of such a microplate reader (21), filter-specific data which comprise the number and intensity of the light flashes impinging upon a specific filter (2) of said filter slide (1) and/or the intensity and duration of all exposures performed are transmitted by the computer via a contact point common to said filter slide (1) and the microplate reader (21) to an electronic memory (4) of said filter slide (1) and/or are retrieved with the computer from said electronic memory (4).
