摘要: A process for producing molten pig iron or molten steel pre-products from charging substances formed of iron ores and fluxes and at least partially comprising fines, wherein the charging substances are directly reduced to sponge iron in at least one reduction zone by the fluidized layer process, the sponge iron is melted in a melting-gasifying zone under supply of carbon carriers and oxygen-containing gas, and a CO and H.sub.2 -containing reducing gas is produced, which is injected into the reduction zone, is reacted there, is withdrawn as an export gas and is supplied to a consumer, is to be improved with a view to rendering feasible the use of fine ore in an economic manner. This is effected in thatprimarily hematite and/or magnetite fine ores and/or ore dusts are subjected to preheating by the fluidized layer process in a preheating zone,the thus preheated charging substances are completely reduced to a major extent in at least one consecutively arranged reduction zone,whereupon at least the more finely particulate charging substances are charged into the fluidized bed and/or, if desired, also into the fixed bed, of the melting-gasifying zone by forced conveyance, preferably by pneumatic conveyance, and are melted there.

The conveying channel has an entry opening and a discharge opening. A conveyor worm is rotatably located in the conveying channel, extending at least from the entry opening to the discharge opening and including a first flight formed by a plurality of paddles. In order to be able to configure the conveyor worm as short as possible and to minimize gas streaming through the conveying channel, the conveyor worm, on its end associated with the discharge opening, has a second flight that is formed by a continuous helix extending at least over half a convolution.

摘要: A comb filter for use in a video decoder is described. The comb filter includes a line memory for storing as successive pairs of U and V samples of a decoded video signal corresponding to a previous horizontal line of video information and a line memory for storing a second previous horizontal line of video information. The filter also includes a circuit to calculate an average value of both U and V from a previous sample and a corresponding sample from a previous line. The filter also includes a circuit for calculating a correction term for each one of the averages. The correction term is calculated from the opposite color component as was used to calculate the average value.
