    摘要： An apparatus for promoting hemostasis of a puncture formed in a blood vessel accessible through an incision tract and methods of use thereof. The apparatus includes distal and proximal balloons each having a contracted position and an expanded position, the proximal balloon spaced by a predetermined initial distance from the distal balloon. The apparatus further includes at least one catheter coupling the distal and proximal balloons to a source of pressurized fluid to selectively actuate the distal and proximal balloons between the contracted and expanded positions.

    摘要： A catheter including an elongate body, a first cutting head and a second cutting head both having a blade, where the blades moves relative each other to provide a shearing action for cardiac tissue. The catheter can further include a stent positioned over an inflatable balloon, where the inflatable balloon can deploy the expandable stent over sheared cardiac tissue. The catheter can further be included in a system having a sheath, where at least a part of the catheter resides in the lumen of the sheath. The sheath further includes a cardiac valve and an expandable filter. The sheath can move relative the cardiac valve and the expandable filter to deploy the cardiac valve and at least a portion of the expandable filter proximal the inflatable balloon and the expandable stent.

The hinged portion can have a first configuration forming a first angle and a second configuration forming a second angle. The second angle can be a sharper angle than the first angle, and the hinged portion can be predisposed to assume the second configuration. The hinged anchor can be disposed on a control module of a leadless microstimulator device.

    摘要： An apparatus for promoting hemostasis of a puncture formed in a blood vessel accessible through an incision tract. The apparatus includes a distal balloon having a contacted position, in which a profile of the distal balloon is sized for insertion through the blood vessel puncture, an expanded position, in which the distal balloon profile prevents passage through the blood vessel puncture. The apparatus also includes a proximal balloon spaced by a predetermined initial distance from the distal balloon and having a contracted position, in which a profile of the proximal balloon is sized for insertion through the incision tract, and an expanded position, in which the proximal balloon profile blocks passage through the blood vessel puncture. The apparatus further includes at least one catheter coupling the distal and proximal balloons to a source of pressurized fluid to selectively actuate the distal and proximal balloons between the contracted and expanded positions. And, the apparatus includes at least one rigid positioner associated with the at least one catheter to facilitate movement of the distal and proximal balloons proximally through the incision tract. The catheter has a flexible wall portion extending proximally of the distal and proximal balloons to facilitate everting of the distal and proximal balloons as the catheter is proximally withdrawn from the incision tract.
