    摘要： Methods and apparatus are described for providing access to a network via a first one of a plurality of network access nodes in the network. The network access nodes each have a network address associated therewith which is unique on the network, the first network access node having a first network address associated therewith. The first network address is associated with a first computer while the first computer is connected to the first network access node thereby providing access to the network. Transmissions associated with the first computer are monitored to determine address information. The transmissions are then processed in response to the address information.

    摘要： A surface-mount touch panel cradle is disclosed for use in electrically controlling remote components. The surface-mount touch panel cradle comprises a surface mounted receptacle. A cradle frame can be coupled to the receptacle. A frame biasing mechanism can be configured to move the cradle frame away from the information mount to enable the touch panel to be inserted and removed from the receptacle. An electrical connection can be located within the receptacle. The electrical connection can be configured to be electrically coupled to the touch panel.

    摘要： A diagrammatic system and method for building repository queries are provided. In one aspect, the system includes a user interface page having scripts. The user interface page includes diagram object with embedded script. The diagram objects includes an array of node lists. The diagram objects and nodes in the array may be selected or deselected by a user to identify a query. The scripts communicate to determine the selected objects. The selected objects are passed to a server for building the query and running the query against a repository to produce the query results.

    摘要： A vehicular speed control system is provided including a radio transmitter for transmitting a speed signal indicative of an upper speed limit. Also included is a vehicle having a controller with a first mode of operation for allowing a user to control a speed of a vehicle and a second mode of operation for lowering the speed of the vehicle. The controller operates in the second mode of operation only during the receipt of a disable signal. The vehicle further includes a receiver for receiving the speed signal via free space, a vehicle speed sensor for detecting a current speed of the vehicle, and a comparator for transmitting the disable signal to the controller while the current speed is greater than the upper speed limit received via the speed signal.
