    摘要: Control unit for motor vehicle brakes composed of conventional function groups with an electronic brake controller and a hydraulic unit that is in particular rigidly connected to the controller, with the electronic controller comprising a redundant or partly redundant microprocessor system with several central processing units (CPU), and with the conventional function groups including a control philosophy at least for anti-lock control. Furthermore, the control unit comprises non-conventional hardware and software function groups of an otherwise external motor vehicle passenger protection safety system, which in particular does not intervene directly into driving dynamics, hence, is passive. These groups are integrated into the ambience of the control unit for motor vehicle brakes, and ambience implies that the non-conventional hardware and software function groups to be integrated are arranged at least in the immediate vicinity of the conventional electronic brake controller.

    摘要: A circuit arrangement for monitoring leakage currents of a circuit which includes a plurality of valve coils connected in parallel to a supply line and adapted to be connected to ground by way of individual switches, and wherein the supply line is connected by way of a main switch to the positive pole of the supply voltage source and, further, to a testing current source used as a test signal source, is designed such that prior to each closing of the main switch, with the individual switches still open, the testing current source is connected to the supply voltage source and thereby activated. The result is an increase of the voltage potential on the supply line. A comparator establishes the difference between the potentials on the supply line and the supply voltage. If the difference exceeds a threshold value, this indicates leakage current.

    摘要: To evaluate the output signal of an active sensor which is configured as a binary current signal, a circuit arrangement is disclosed by which a proportional current is produced from the sensor current by way of a current mirror circuit. The current produced by a current mirroring operation is drawn from a stabilized voltage source by way of an ohmic resistance, and a binary voltage signal corresponding to the sensor output signal is generated thereby. The voltage signal is sent to a flipflop which compares the voltage signal with a reference value that is composed of a reference voltage and a hysteresis voltage. The change-over threshold of the flipflop is varied or adapted as a function of the actual sensor current, leakage currents, etc.

    摘要: A circuit configuration for an electronic controller has a monitoring circuit which, upon detecting a defective condition, malfunction or defective power supply, maintains the actuator elements of the controller in their initial positions or restores the actuator elements of the controller to their initial positions. These actuator elements can be, for example, the magnetic valves of an antilocking brake system. The monitoring circuit checks, before excitation of a power supply relay, the connection of the relay to the power supply, the blocking condition of a switching transistor, through which the power supply relay (Rel) is activated, and the separating position of the power supply contact of the power supply relay. Moreover, the monitoring circuit responds to overvoltages.

    摘要: A circuit configuration for editing, or processing the output signal of a speed sensor (5) includes a trigger circuit (1, 22), the changeover points or "hysteresis" of which are controllable, with the circuit configuration being furnished with circuits for determining the coupling factor (k), and with circuits for adjusting the hysteresis in response to the coupling factor. The coupling factor (k)--multiplied by the frequency of the sensor signal corresponding to the speed--forms the amplitude of the sensor output signal. With the coupling factor (k) being high, the hysteresis will be high, while it will be low with a low coupling factor.
