摘要: A method of manufacturing an electronic component embedded printed circuit board including: mounting an electronic component on an insulating layer in a fluidal condition so that a part of the electronic component is inserted into the insulating layer and another part of the electronic component is protruded out of a top surface of the insulating layer by pressing the electronic component onto the insulating layer; fixing the electronic component by curing the insulating layer; forming a metallic seed layer on a top surface of the insulating layer including an exposed surface of the electronic component; forming a plating layer on the metallic seed layer; forming via-holes at positions on the insulating layer, which correspond to pads of the electronic component and forming circuit patterns electrically conducted with the pads; and forming a solder resist layer including the via-holes electrically connected to the circuit patterns.

摘要: Disclosed herein is an FPCB connection structure of a touch screen panel. The FPCB connection structure includes a touch screen panel and an FPCB. The touch screen panel has a connection part in which a plurality of connection holes is formed. The connection holes extend to ends of a plurality of electrode wires. The FPCB includes a substrate having a plurality of lead wires formed thereon, and a plurality of metal pins inserted into the plurality of connection holes to be connected to the ends of the electrode wires via conductive paste. A first through hole passes through the substrate and each of the lead wires, and a second through hole extends from the first through hole and is formed in each of the metal pins in a longitudinal direction thereof.

The mutual capacitive touch panel is advantageous in that, since transparent electrodes are divided, low resistance can be realized even when the transparent electrodes are made of a conductive polymer, thus keeping up with the trend of manufacturing large touch panels.

摘要: Disclosed is a touch panel 100, which includes a transparent substrate 110 that includes a base part 120 and a projection part 130 projected from the base part 120, a transparent electrode 140 that is formed on the base part 120, signal wirings 150 that are formed on the transparent substrate, having one end connected to the transparent electrode 140 and the other end extended to the projection part 130, and a controller 160 that is disposed on the projection part 130 and is directly connected to the other end of the signal wiring 150. The touch panel directly connects the signal wirings 150 to the controller 160 by adopting the projection part 130 to the transparent electrode 140, thereby making it possible to omit the flexible printing cable requiring manual work, and thus allows the roll to roll (R2R) process, thereby making it possible to automate the entire manufacturing process of the touch panel 100.

The transparent panel includes a transparent substrate; and a transparent electrode layer formed on the transparent substrate, wherein the transparent electrode layer includes a first area having non-electrical conductivity and a second area having electrical conductivity, and the first area includes a graphene oxide, and the second area includes a reduced graphene oxide.
