摘要: A plurality of semiconductor relays is provided between a power source and loads. The semiconductor relays have a function of a current detection for detecting a current passing through themselves. The loads are connected to output terminals respectively. A switching unit arbitrarily selects and switches a connecting destination of the semiconductor relays from among the plurality of output terminals. A microcomputer controls the switching unit on the basis of the detection results of a current flowing through the semiconductor relays, and adjusts the number of the semiconductor relays connected to the same load and connected to each other in parallel.

摘要: A gateway causes an ECU to set an ID according to the number of loads connected to the ECU. The ECU transmits, to the gateway, a set ID which is according to the loads. If IDs transmitted from a plurality of ECUs are overlapped, the gateway causes the ECU to set an ID according to the number of parallel connections of the loads. The ECU transmits, to the gateway, a set ID which is according to the number of parallel connections. If IDs transmitted from a plurality of ECUs are overlapped, the gateway causes the ECU to set an ID according to a sum of drive currents of the loads.

摘要: A load drive circuit shuts off power supply to a load when a semiconductor relay is off. The load drive circuit includes: the semiconductor relay which is turned off when a predetermined operation voltage cannot be secured; a low-voltage detection circuit which detects that the operation voltage is a predetermined value or less; a negative-voltage generation circuit which generates a negative voltage; and a switch unit which is turned on and connects between the negative-voltage generation circuit and a ground terminal of the semiconductor relay, in a case where the low-voltage detection circuit detects that the operation voltage is the predetermined value or less.

摘要: A communication system capable of shortening a setting time of an ID and reducing an incorrect setting is provided. A writing device sequentially transmits an ID of a plurality of slave devices after transmitting of the ID of a master device. The master device includes a plurality of semiconductor relays provided for each of the plurality of master slave devices for supplying power to the corresponding slave devices. The master device receives the ID of the master device from the writing device, and sets it as its own ID. The master device, every time the ID of the plurality of slave devices is received from the writing device after setting the ID of its own, turns on the semiconductor relays in order. The plurality of slave devices sets the ID received after power supply as its own ID.

摘要: A switching circuit protector switches a semiconductor device (11) provided in a switching circuit connecting a power supply (VB) to a load (RL), from a PWM drive state to a DC drive state when an estimated temperature of a cable of the switching circuit estimated by a temperature estimator (22) exceeds a threshold temperature (Tth), in the state where the semiconductor device (11) is controlled to operate in the PWM drive state to drive the load (RL). Therefore, when an overcurrent is caused in the cable, the estimated temperature exceeds the threshold temperature (Tth) so as to break the semiconductor device (11). Accordingly, the switching circuit can surely be protected by the switching circuit protector.
