According to the invention, the drive means bears against a thrust collar arranged to be releasably coupled to the plunger through a ramped engagement of a first tongue and a first recess so as to rotate the thrust collar on translation in proximal direction (P). At least one longitudinal gap (G1, G2) is provided for guiding at a first and/or second protrusion of the thrust collar to prevent a rotation of the thrust collar. A circumferential gap (G3) is arranged to allow the thrust collar to rotate out of engagement to the plunger on removal of the auto-injector from the injection site.

摘要： An injection device for administering a dose of a liquid medicament is disclosed. The device includes a syringe containing the dose and a hollow injection needle. The device includes a stopper translatably disposed within the syringe and a plunger connectable to the stopper and translatable in at least a proximal direction to displace the stopper. The device further includes a releasable noise component capable of, upon release, generating an audible and/or tactile feedback. Proximal displacement of the stopper causes the dose to be expelled through the injection needle. The noise component is released when the plunger reaches a position relative to the syringe in which the stopper is located in proximity of a proximal end of the syringe. The released noise component impacts on at least one component of the injection device to generate the audible and/or tactile feedback indicating the end of the injection.

摘要： An auto-injector for administering a dose of a liquid medicament (M) is present having a tubular chassis telescopable in a tubular case, a carrier subassembly comprising a tubular carrier slidably arranged relative to the chassis inside the case, where the carrier is adapted to contain a syringe with a hollow injection needle. The injector also has a drive spring and a plunger for forwarding load of the drive spring to a stopper of the syringe, wherein the syringe is lockable for joint axial translation with the carrier. A control spring is arranged around the carrier for translating the carrier in a proximal direction (P) for insertion of the needle through the chassis into an injection site.
