    摘要: An intelligent service system and method are provided. The method includes: receiving a calling information transmitted by a switching device through an Internet-protocol-based call control protocol and which carries the identification information of the service control function requested by the call as well as the identification information of the call; parsing the received calling information, and after the identification information of the service control function and the identification information of this calling are obtained, initiating an assist request to the service control device; receiving the resource operation instruction, and supplying service resource service accordingly; said instruction is sent out by the service control device after said device has received the assist request and according to the service requirement. The media stream leading to the media gateway is established through the media stream transport protocol based on the Internet protocol. The method simplifies the management and maintenance of the intelligent service network.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a video communication method and system, wherein, during an audio conversation between a calling party and a called party, an IMRS (Integrated Media Resource Server) plays a video to the calling party or the called party; or when a calling party initiates a video phone call request to a called party which does not support video phone call, an audio channel is established between the calling party and the called party and a video channel is established between the calling party and an IMRS, and when an audio conversation is established between the calling party and the called party, the IMRS plays video to the calling party; or when an audio conversation and a video conversation are established between a calling party and a called party, one party replaces its video with that played to the other party by the IMRS, therefore capabilities of developing new communication services are improved.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for incorporating a third user into an instant message (IM) session. In one embodiment, an IM server receives a first IM from a first user directed toward a second user. The IM server makes a determination that the second user is not available to respond to the first IM. In response to the determination, the IM server identifies a third user to whom the first IM is to be forwarded, and automatically forwards the first IM to the third user. In another embodiment, the IM server receives a transfer request from the second user to transfer the IM session from the second user to the third user. The IM server automatically determines a subset portion of a plurality of IMs communicated between the first user and the second user, and provides the transfer request and the subset portion to the third user.

The video monitoring system includes a video processor (16) connected to receive video input from at least one video camera (12). The elevator controller (24) provides elevator dispatch (26), door control (28), and security functions (30) based in part on passenger data provided by the video processor (16). The security functions may also be based in part on data from access control systems (14).
