    摘要: A trans-impedance amplifier (TIA) for an optical receiver is disclosed, where the TIA stabilizes the cross point in the output thereof independent of the variation of the power supply. The TIA of the invention includes an amplifier section, a source follower, and a bias generator. A transistor in the source follower to define the current flowing in the source follower and another transistor in the bias generator constitute a current-mirror circuit. The operating point of the other transistor in the bias generator depends on the variation of the power supply. The output level of the amplifier section follows the variation of the power supply.
