    摘要: A container for addition (co-infusion) of medicine to an infusion bag and aims to keep a positive sealed condition while preventing a number of parts from being increased and while maintaining a positive releasing of the sealed condition when an infusion process is carried out. A breakable lug 20 is integrally formed at a end of a port body 10 to which a soft container 80 for storing therein with a co-infusion liquid under a sealed manner, which lug 20 is able to be broken in order to obtain a release function. A rubber plug 98 of an infusion bag 90 is pierced by a needle body 11, while the port body 10 is press fitted into a straight bore of the needle body 11, so that the lug 20 is contacted with an opposed bottom wall of the needle body 11, resulting in at least partial breakage of the lug 20, thereby forming an opening 89 at the portion where the breakage is taken place, so that the medicine in the soft container 80 is transported (co-infused) into the infusion bag 90.

    摘要: A multi-chamber container of two liquid mixing type, aiming for obtaining an increased reliability for preventing an administration from being practiced under a non separated condition of a weak seal.The medical bag 10 has an outer peripheral strong seal 14 and a weak seal 18 for separating the space inside the medical bag into two partitions 20 and 22. At the tip end of an outlet port 12, a flap 28 as a valve member is provided, which usually closes the outlet port 12 to the space inside the medical bag. The flap 28 is connected to the opposite surface of the medical bag, so that the flap 28 is displaced in cooperation with an expansion deformation of the medical bag as obtained when the weak seal 18 is opened, resulting in opening of the outlet port 12. The flap is formed with a small hole 44 for limiting a liquid flow amount to a small value. When an infusion operation being started under the non-opened state of the weak seal, the liquid flow amount to the outlet port is restricted to a small amount by the small hole 44, thereby notifying the non-opened state of the weak seal and warning that the weak seal should be opened.

    摘要: A multi-chamber container having an outlet port, which is usually closed and is opened in cooperation with an expanded deformation of the bag upon the opening of the medical bag and aiming to obtain more reliable opening of the medical bag upon the separation of the partition wall. The outlet port firmly welded to a strong seal 14-1 at an outer periphery has a base portion 12-1, from which a rectangular cross-sectional shaped portion 12-6 integrally extends. The rectangular cross-sectional shaped portion 12-6 has, at its top surface, a U-shaped groove, the bottom surface 30 of which functions as a weak portion 30′. To a portion 33 inward from the U-shaped groove 39 at the top wall of the rectangular cross-sectional shaped portion 12-6, the opposed surface of the medical bag is firmly welded by a point seal 34. An expansion of the medical bag upon its opening generates an outside force, resulting in a breakage at the weak portion 30′, so that a rotating movement of the portion 33 under a pull-tab manner is generated. As a result, an opening 36 for a communication of the inside of the medical bag to the inside of the outlet port is formed at the location of the outlet port occupied by the portion 33 prior to the formation of the opening 36.

    摘要: In one configuration, a urine sampler comprises a hollow, cylindrical main stick body that is closed at least at one end and has a plurality of urine collection apertures formed in the wall thereof and, in another, comprises a urine collector having a long rod-shaped handle, a urine collection member constituted continuously with the handle and provided with urine collection apertures and a urine accumulator constituted continuously with the base of the urine collection member, and a urine storage capsule having a cutter for cutting a portion of the urine collector, a urine container for receiving urine flowing in from the urine collector and a lid. In the second configuration, the urine collector and the urine storage capsule are separate units. The urine sampler of either configuration is compact and extremely easy to use for collecting a urine sample of the minimum required quantity and, moreover, enables the collected sample to be safely transferred without spilling.
