The device includes a fusion system (20) for fusing the other of the first and second fuse elements when an arbitrary one of the first and second fuse elements fuses.

摘要: An arc preventing circuit 12 is disposed between a DC/DC converter 6 and a battery (of 36 volts or 12 volts). In the arc preventing circuit 12, when the DC/DC converter 6 and the battery are to be connected to each other, the connection is performed via a circuit having a resistor R1, and then switched to that in which the connection is performed via a circuit not having the resistor R1. When the DC/DC converter 6 and the battery are to be disconnected from each other, the charging voltage of a capacitor C1 of the DC/DC converter 6 is discharged. According to the configuration, arc generation can be prevented from occurring during works of mounting and dismounting the DC/DC converter.

摘要: A system and method for driving a load at a voltage higher than a normal driving voltage, being capable of reducing switching losses and heat generation amount. A load driving system 1 has a microcomputer 2, a DC/DC converter 3, and a semiconductor relay 5 provided to each lamp 4 as a load. The DC/DC converter 3 has a main switch 6, an auxiliary switch 7, and a resistor R1. A rectangular pulse signal at a desired duty ratio is given to the main switch 6 to turn the main switch 6 on and off, thereby to output a rectangular waveform voltage. A drive signal is given to the semiconductor relay 5 to supply the rectangular waveform voltage outputted from the DC/DC converter 3 to the lamp 4, illuminating the lamp 4.

摘要: A load driving system 1 capable of limiting the generation of an inrush current at the start of driving a load 2. A power source 3 having an output voltage higher than a normal driving voltage of the load is used for driving the load. An FET 4 is connected to the load. A rectangular pulse signal is supplied to the gate of the FET from a pulse generator 5a. The signal causes the FET to switch on and off, supplying the current to the load. When an inrush current flows at the start of driving of the load, an integrator 10 provided to the gate of the FET is operated to mitigate the rising characteristics of the pulse signal. This causes the current flowing through the load 2 to rise in a relaxation curve, thereby enabling the limitation of the inrush current.

摘要: An electric power supply system for driving an electric rotating machine has a generator supplied with driving power from an engine to generate alternating-current electric power and a matrix converter as an alternating-current to alternating-current direct converter supplied with the alternating-current electric power to output arbitrary alternating-current electric power. By driving a motor with the alternating-current electric power supplied from the matrix converter, only one time electric power conversion is carried out to provide high efficiency in the whole system. In addition, electric power loss can be reduced so as to enhance a motor output when the system is applied to a vehicle power supply system.

摘要: A control apparatus for an AC-AC direct converter. The control apparatus includes a calculator providing a phase command θ* of an output voltage of the converter, a calculator providing a q-axis current iq by using output currents iu and iw and the phase command θ*, a detector detecting a pulsation component contained in the q-axis current iq, a calculator providing a phase correction magnitude θcmp so as to decrease the pulsation component, and an adder/subtractor correcting the phase command θ* by using the correction magnitude θcmp. This apparatus can decrease the output voltage distortion and low frequency torque pulsation and can suppress the increase of an output current without weakening a magnetic flux, even when the converter is operated in an overmodulation region.
