摘要： At least two sets of ion-generating means are provided to face each other through a space having an insulating sheet. The first and second surfaces of the sheet are simultaneously irradiated with monopolar ion clouds substantially opposite to each other in polarity generated from the ion-generating means. The sheet is subsequently irradiated with monopolar ion clouds reverse in polarity to that of the previously applied ion clouds, to eliminate the positive and negative charges of both the surfaces of the insulating sheet.

摘要： A self-contained multiple objective lens camera includes a pair of objective lenses and a manually operable mechanism for alternatively selectively positioning either of the lenses in registry with the camera photographic optical axis and the respective other lens offset from the axis. A manually operable distance setting device is located on the camera body and each lens includes a driven follower which adjusts the focus of the respective lens and is in and out of operable engagement with the setting device when the lens respectively registers with and is offset from the photographic optical axis. Accordingly, the optical axis registering lens is focussed in accordance with the presetting of the distance setting device and transfer of the lenses to optical axis registry without changing the distance setting focusses of the lenses when at the optical axis to the same distance.

Transmission members, adapted to transmit the movement of a wind-up member to a filmstrip winding shaft so as to wind the filmstrip therearound, cease transmission in association with the engagement of the sensing member with the filmstrip metering perforation for stopping the winding of the filmstrip, and transmit the movement of wind-up member to the filmstrip winding shaft in association with the operation of a resetting member to disengage the sensing member from the filmstrip metering perforation in the initial phase of operation of the wind-up member, after the shutter has been released.

By using this kit, the adhesive composition can be applied directly to a dentine without conducting a pretreatment.

摘要： A disk-shaped thin plate or a long-sized thin plate having a roll appearance housed in a casing in which openings for penetration of test substance are formed and on which diffusion-limiting membranes are adhered to cover each openings. Also a driving mechanism for moving the thin plate is provided with the casing. The casing thus houses the thin plate and is provided with the driving mechanism and is positioned in a test apparatus body having a concentration measuring electrode therein. Multiple measurments of concentration of a test substance are carried out by moving the thin plate by the driving mechanism to position the diffusion-limiting membrane having the test solution deposited thereon to the position available to contact with the concentration measuring electrode, while keeping the casing placed in the test apparatus body. As a result, a plurality of measurements of concentration of the test substance is carried out easily.

摘要： A disc camera for use with a disc film cartridge includes upper and lower camera walls spaced from one another by a distance less than the height of the cartridge housed in a cartridge chamber. The upper wall is formed with an opening which allows a part of the cartridge housed in the cartridge chamber to project therefrom. A frame is formed in the cartridge chamber so as to be fitted with an exposure aperture of the cartridge when a rear cover of the camera is closed. The frame serves to prevent exposure of a film in the cartridge to unwanted light. A covering member which protects the projecting part of the cartridge against impact which might be applied thereto also prevents entry of dust into the cartridge chamber.The opening may be formed on a lower camera wall or on both of the upper and lower camera walls.

摘要： A camera film metering mechanism includes a driven member coupled to the film takeup spool and having a driven hub, a drive member coupled to a motivating member and including a drive hub end-to-end and coaxial with the driven hub. A helical coupling spring is wound around the hubs and is free and unanchored thereto so that upon rotation of the drive hub in an advance direction, the coil is tightened about hubs to drive couple them and upon rotation of the drive hub in a reverse direction, the hubs are uncoupled. A stop member collar rotatably engages the coil and is connected to the drive member end of the coil and a brake member is advanceable from a spring retracted position into engagement with the stop member in response to the advance of a predetermined length of film to thereby effect the loosening of the coil and the uncoupling between the drive and driven members to stop the film advance.
