摘要: An oil-degradation detecting apparatus that can more accurately judge oil degradation and a mechanical system having a rotating part or a sliding part and including the oil-degradation detecting apparatus are provided. Two plates (21, 22) are disposed in an oil flow path (11) so as to be parallel to each other, an ammeter (24) measures a current that flows when an AC voltage is applied between the two plates (21, 22), a voltmeter measures the voltage between the plates (21, 22), and a signal processor (processor) (31) determines the electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant of the oil (10) based on the measurement results from the ammeter (24) and the voltmeter (25) and judges degradation of the oil (10) based on the electrical conductivity and the dielectric constant.

摘要: A method of monitoring deterioration of lubricating oil and a device therefore capable of judging deterioration of the oil with high accuracy suppressing measurement error due to mixing of foreign matter in the oil. Correlation between relative permittivity and TBN (total base number) of the lubricating oil is obtained beforehand (step S1), electric current and voltage are measured (step S2) when high-frequency voltage is applied between a pair of electrodes located in an oil path in a gas engine, permittivity of the oil is detected (step S3) based on the measurement of current and voltage, TBN of the oil is obtained (step S4) from the correlation between relative permittivity and TBN, and deterioration of the oil is judged by the obtained value of TBN.

摘要: Provided is a compressor that is capable of, with a simple configuration, facilitating the insertion operation of a compressor bundle by reliably preventing tilting thereof during insertion into a chamber; and that also makes it possible to reduce a roller size without increasing the contact pressure of rollers for sliding the compressor bundle. A small tilt sensor that detects a relative angle difference θ of the compressor bundle with respect to the bundle casing is provided at at least one location in the compressor bundle to be inserted into the chamber inside the bundle casing. In addition, the weight of the compressor bundle during the insertion into the chamber is supported by rollers provided at a bottom portion near the front end of the compressor bundle by making the rollers come in contact with an inner circumferential wall surface of the chamber.

摘要: In order to provide a lubricating device and lubricating method for a gearbox which does not take long to heat the lubricant oil and prevents the aeration of the lubricant oil due to the splashing thereof during the activation of the gearbox, the present invention provides a lubricating device for a gearbox comprising: a gearbox which includes an input shaft, a group of gears rotated by the rotation of the input shaft, and an output shaft rotated by the rotation of the group of gears, the rotation of the input shaft being speeded up and outputted to the output shaft via the group of gears; an oil storage chamber which stores lubricant oil for lubricating the gearbox; a lubricant oil circulating line which includes a pump and through which the lubricant oil stored in the oil storage chamber is supplied to the gearbox by the pump and then returned to the oil storage chamber; a bypass line which is provided in the oil lubricant circulating line and bypasses the gearbox; and a switching valve which is provided in the oil lubricant circulating line and switches a supply path of the lubricant between supplying the lubricant oil to the gearbox and supplying the lubricant oil to the bypass line.

摘要: Disclosed is a lubricant sealing structure for a gear coupling, which can firmly prevent the leaking of the lubricant due to vibration or the like in the axial and radial directions inside the gear coupling. A sealing member is a cloth-inserted rubber 21 having flexibility. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a first end being fixed to a fixing member 24s on a cover plate 20 mounted on a side of an outer ring 7 and a second end being fixed to another fixing member 25s on a side of the drive shaft 10 in liquid tight manner in the axial direction of a drive shaft 10. Each of the first and second ends of the cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a face extending in a direction that is perpendicular to the axial direction. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 seals the lubricant at the face of said each of the first and second ends.
