摘要： A cell culturing system is provided. The cell culturing system includes a cell niche defined by a niche base and niche walls, at least one of which includes a fluid pathway formed therein. The niche wall material is selected capable of enabling diffusion into the niche of a fluid flowing between an inlet and an outlet of the fluid pathway.
