Each gap between internal electrodes in the same plane is set at 2.7 to 20 times a thickness (element thickness) of a dielectric layer positioned between first and second internal electrode groups which face each other and a distance between an edge of the external terminal and an edge of the floating internal electrode closest to the external terminal among floating internal electrodes of the internal electrode group of the outermost layer is set at 0.4 mm to 1.4 mm.

    摘要: A multilayer capacitor capable of having reducing electrical field intensity at external electrode edges while preventing occurrence of surface dielectric breakdown. This multilayer capacitor has a capacitor main body which includes a capacitance formation section having alternately laminated pluralities of internal electrodes and dielectric layers, and outer dielectric layer sections laminated on the upper and lower surfaces of the capacitance formation section. The capacitor also has external electrodes formed on respective opposite external side surfaces of the capacitor main body and each connected to certain ones of the internal electrodes. The outer layer sections each have respective dielectric breakdown prevention layers therein, each of which exhibits a carefully designed relative dielectric constant .epsilon. which is less than that of the dielectric layers in the capacitance formation section, and not more than 300, and has a thickness d �.mu.m! satisfying the relation: d>(0.2.times..epsilon.)+20.

The domain control layer is a triple-layer film formed by laminating a first polycrystalline soft magnetic layer, a disordered antiferromagnetic layer, and a second polycrystalline soft magnetic layer from a substrate side.

    摘要: A rotor magnet of a three-phase reluctance magnet motor is magnetized by coupling two of the three outer terminals (RS), and feeding a positioning current between the outer terminals RS and a third terminal (T) for positioning the rotor at a magnetizing position with reluctance torque. Then, rotor is kept from moving by holding the shaft of the rotor with the rotor positioned at the magnetized position. Next, the outer terminals RS are separated and magnetizing current is fed between the outer terminals R and S to magnetize the rotor magnet.
