    摘要: A heat exchanger for cooling a fuel cell is provided with multiple fins, multiple tubes which are laminated and separated from each other by the fin, and at least two tanks which are communicated with the tubes at longitudinal-direction ends of the tubes. Cooling water is circulated to flow through the tubes, the tanks and the fuel cell. The tanks and the tubes are made of resin, while the fins are made of metal. Thus, cooling water which carries electricity can be electrically insulated from the externals by the tanks and the tubes, while the cooling capacity of the heat exchanger can be satisfactorily maintained.

    摘要: A heat exchanger comprises: flat tubes laminated on each other, an external fluid flowing in a space formed between the flat tubes arranged adjacent to each other; and fins interposed between the flat tubes, the fins being formed into a protruding and recessing shape having a flat plate portion joined to an outer wall face of the tube when viewed in the flow direction of the external fluid and having a vertical plate portion crossing the flat plate portion, wherein heat is exchanged between the external fluid and the internal fluid flowing in the tubes, the flat plate portion including protruding portions arranged so the protruding portions is inclined in the flow direction of the external fluid, protrusions of the protruding portions being increased toward the downstream side of the external fluid, the vertical plate portion being formed so it meanders in the flow direction of the external fluid.

In a manufacturing process of the cooling device, a symmetrically constructed tool section presses the radiator plate and the fin against an anvil. The radiator plate has an attaching portion where an electrical component is attached. Knurled surface for preventing a slide is formed on the tool section only at a surrounding area to prevent a deformation of the attaching portion. The tool section and the radiator plate vibrate ultrasonically in a longitudinal direction of corrugations of the fin to prevent a crack on the fin.

    摘要: A square substrate is divided into four substrate areas with reference lines respectively passing through a central point of the substrate in parallel with one of diagonals of the substrate. A fin disposed between the substrate and an axial fan has plural louvers each facing one of the substrate areas and extending in a direction parallel to a corresponding reference line of the one of the substrate areas. Accordingly, when air is blown out from the axial fan toward the substrate, an air flow direction can be changed by the louvers so that the air radially flows out from the central point of the substrate. As a result, a heat spot is not produced on the substrate.

According to this, when cooling air flows through the louver passages, the flow of the cooling air is disrupted by the step differences and temperature boundary layers are destroyed, so the local heat conductivity is again raised at the locations of the step differences.

    摘要: A heat exchanger includes fins (111) having a plurality of sets of two louvres (111c) substantially triangular in shape which are formed in such a manner that the distance from a flat plate portion (111a) increases progressively downstream in the gas flow direction. The two louvres (111c) of each set are arranged inwardly slanted along the gas flow direction, so that a vertical swirl is generated to draw the gas flow between the louvres (111c). The gas flowing in the vicinity of the flat plate portion (111a) and the gas flowing in the vicinity of a vertical plate portion (111b) are thus accelerated. As a result, the heat conductivity of the gas and the fins (111) is improved and the particulate matter attached on the surface of the fins (111) can be blown off, thereby preventing the clogging of the fins (111).

    摘要: An exhaust gas heat exchanger includes exhaust gas tubes through which exhaust gas generated by a combustion flows and cooling water tubes through which cooling water for cooling exhaust gas flows. Plural segments of offset fins are disposed within each exhaust gas tube to be arranged staggeringly in a tube longitudinal direction. The cooling water tubes communicate with each other through cooling water communication passages disposed on both end sides of each exhaust gas tube in the tube longitudinal direction at diagonal positions when being viewed from a minor-diameter direction of each exhaust gas tube. The segments are tilted relative to the tube longitudinal direction toward a side opposite to a diagonal line (L1) connecting the cooling water communication passages. Thus, a cross angle between the tilt direction of the segments and a main flow of the exhaust gas becomes smaller, and a pressure loss in the exhaust gas tubes is reduced.
