A fin disposed between the substrate and an axial fan has plural louvers each facing one of the substrate areas and extending in a direction parallel to a corresponding reference line of the one of the substrate areas. Accordingly, when air is blown out from the axial fan toward the substrate, an air flow direction can be changed by the louvers so that the air radially flows out from the central point of the substrate. As a result, a heat spot is not produced on the substrate.

Leg portions are integrally formed with and protrude from the blower case to face the corrugated fin at both sides in a corrugated direction of the corrugated fin. The blower case is fixed to a radiation plate by elastic deformation of the leg portions. The leg portions cover the both sides in the corrugated direction of the corrugated fin, so that the corrugated fin is protected from external force.

A heat exchanger includes fins (111) having a plurality of sets of two louvres (111c) substantially triangular in shape which are formed in such a manner that the distance from a flat plate portion (111a) increases progressively downstream in the gas flow direction. The two louvres (111c) of each set are arranged inwardly slanted along the gas flow direction, so that a vertical swirl is generated to draw the gas flow between the louvres (111c). The gas flowing in the vicinity of the flat plate portion (111a) and the gas flowing in the vicinity of a vertical plate portion (111b) are thus accelerated. As a result, the heat conductivity of the gas and the fins (111) is improved and the particulate matter attached on the surface of the fins (111) can be blown off, thereby preventing the clogging of the fins (111).
