摘要: According to an embodiment, a control system has: a logic module substrate that has a logic FPGA on which logic is mounted, a transmission module that transmits an output logic state signal, which is logic state signal representing an interim logic state of a process by the logic FPGA of deriving a logic output signal from the logic input signals, and a logic monitoring device that displays to monitor the logic state signal transmitted from the transmission module. The logic module substrate includes an event detection unit that detects a change in the logic state signal. Only when a change in the logic state signals is detected by the event detection unit, the logic output state signal being transmitted to the transmission module.

摘要: A prediction error calculation part calculates a prediction error for each input data. A prediction error encoding part generates a prediction error code by encoding the value of the prediction error. A run-length counting part counts the run-length of the prediction error. When the value of the prediction error changes, a run-length encoding part generates a run-length code by encoding the run-length counted. A code connecting part generates a connected code by connecting the run-length code to the prediction error code of a corresponding prediction error. When the value of the prediction error is a particular value, a prediction error checking part selects a connected code for the prediction error, as an output code. When the value of the prediction error is a different value, the prediction error checking part selects a prediction error code for the prediction error, as an output code. A code output part outputs the output code selected.

摘要: A system determines real-time locations of railcars in a railroad environment. Railcars are equipped with at least four RFID tags. A RFID reader at a fixed location at every track branch in the environment reads the RFID tags. Railcar locations are updated for the railcars by determining the branches on which the railcars are located.

摘要: Four sets of shower heads 100, 200, 300, 400 are located in a surface modifying chamber of a surface modifying apparatus, and each shower head 100, 200, 300, 400 has surface modifier piping including a plurality of spray nozzles. The nozzles are arranged such that showers of an aqueous ozone solution injected from every adjacent two nozzles will contact the resin molded product and partly overlap one another. The phases in position of the nozzles can be offset a half-pitch or staggered with the staggered arrangement of the nozzles serving to compensate for any insufficient oxidation reaction to achieve uniform surface modification over the entire surface of the resin molded product 2. Further, the time required for the surface modification treatment can be reduced.

摘要: A resin product has a body made of a resin. The body has an outer surface including an ornamental surface and an unornamental surface, a first area defined on the outer surface, and a chemical plating layer and an electroplating layer respectively formed on the first area. A process for producing the resin product comprises the step of making a first boundary along a contour of the first area located on the ornamental surface, and the step of making a second boundary along a contour of the first area located on the unornamental surface. The step of making the second boundary includes forming a resist layer on the unornamental surface. The resist layer has a resistivity to a chemical plating solution for making the chemical plating layer. The process also includes the step of forming the chemical plating layer on the outer surface of the body except a part of the first boundary and the resist layer by chemical plating the body, and the step of selectively forming the electroplating layer on the chemical plating layer within the first area.

摘要: Contoured step sections and contoured grooves along the step sections are formed on a grille body. The grille body is subjected to chemical plating. Since the grooves have narrow bottoms, the bottoms remain unplated, so that a chemical plating layer is formed on the entire surface of the grille body except for the bottoms. The grille body having the chemical plating layer formed thereon is then subjected to an electroplating step having a plurality of steps. An undercoat plating layer is formed on the chemical plating layer formed on the portions where decorative plating is to be applied. The chemical plating layer formed on the portions where no decorative plating is to be applied is dissolved with a predetermined solution. Subsequently, a general electroplating layer is formed on the undercoat plating layer. Thus, the chemical plating layer and the electroplating layers are formed only on the to-be-plated portions. The plated portions are covered with an electroforming mask, and a coating is applied onto the exposed portions to form a coating layer, where the edges of the electroforming mask can be registered with the edges of the plating layer. Accordingly, the boundaries between the coating layer and the plating layer can clearly be defined.

摘要: A two-component type developer comprising an electroscopic fixable toner containing, as the coloring pigment, carbon black having a coloring power of 100 to 120 and a magnetic carrier is sued for developing electrostatic latent images formed on a photosensitive plate in correspondence to an imitation original and an original, and the image density of the toner image corresponding to the imitation original is detected and the toner concentration in the developer is controlled based on the detected image density. According to this development process, the toner concentration in the developer can be maintained within an optimum range based on the optical density of the toner image formed on the photosensitive plate in correspondence to the imitation original.
