摘要: In order to provide a manifold valve in which the overall height thereof can be lowered, a manifold base 10 is constituted by a fitting portion 18 with tube fittings 26, 28 being attached to output openings 22, 24 which open in a vertical direction on one side surface of the fitting portion 18, and a base portion 20 having a height lower than that of the fitting portion 18. A directional control valve 12 is constituted by a main valve 60 and a pilot valve 62 which is displaced upwardly from the main valve and attached at a height approximately equal to a difference in height between the fitting portion 18 and the base portion 20 from a lower surface of the main valve 60. The main valve 60 is disposed on the base portion 20, and the pilot valve 62 is disposed on or adjacent the fitting portion 18, wherein the directional control valve 12 is integrated with the manifold base 10. Since the height of the base portion 20 can be lowered owing to the displacement of the attachment position of the pilot valve 62 with respect to the main valve 60, the entire height and length of the manifold valve can be reduced.

摘要: A directional control valve has a supply port, first output ports and discharge ports which are open at a lower surface of a valve body at positions for communication with corresponding openings in a manifold base. The lower surface of the valve body has attachments for attaching a blanking plate which can close all the above ports. The valve body has a supply passage and discharge passages defined therethrough in the direction in which directional control valves are arrayed, and held in communication with the corresponding ports. Second output ports are defined in an upper surface of the valve body in communication with the first output ports. With the blanking plate detached from or attached to the same valve body, directional control valves may be arrayed through the manifold base or directly on a rail.

摘要: A manifold valve has a larger valve port, through which a spool slides, than conventional relative to the size of the valve body. When the size of the valve port is fixed, the size of the entire valve can be made smaller. The walls on both sides of the valve port have no holes to pass bolts to fasten the valve body to a manifold base etc. The side walls are at least made thinner than the walls having bolt holes, within the limit in which the strength to withstand the pressure of the fluid passing therethrough remains unimpaired. The valve is fastened to the valve mounting surface of the manifold base etc. by clamping at its front and rear ends.

摘要: A valve body has second output ports defined in an upper surface thereof. To the second output ports there are selectively and detachably attached quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings or a pipe adapter which provides communication between the second output ports and front output ports through output passages. When the quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings are attached, output pipes can be connected to the valve body from its upper side through the quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings. When the pipe adapter is attached, output pipes can be connected to the valve body from its front side through quick-connect-and-disconnect pipe couplings connected to the front output ports.

摘要: A current detection circuit generates a pulse signal Sd based on a voltage Vd corresponding to a current I flowing through a solenoid coil, and feeds the pulse signal Sd back to a PWM circuit of a switch controller. The PWM circuit generates a pulse signal Sr having a predetermined duty ratio, based on a comparison between the fed back pulse signal Sd and a voltage value corresponding to a first current value or a second current value, and supplies the pulse signal Sr to a pulse supplying unit. The pulse supplying unit supplies the pulse signal Sr as a first pulse signal S1 and/or a second pulse signal S2 to a gate terminal G of a MOSFET.

摘要: A solenoid valve. In a solenoid section forming part of the solenoid valve, a sleeve is provided on the inner circumferential side of a bobbin around which a coil is wound. This sleeve is formed from magnetic material and includes a cylindrical section and a flange section formed at a lower end of the cylindrical section. At an upper end of the cylindrical section, a tapered section is formed in which an outer circumferential face is recessed in the radially inward direction. The tapered section is arranged facing and in close contact with the outer circumferential face of a fixed core such that the magnetic flux density in the tapered section increases when the solenoid section is excited.

摘要: A ball screw mechanism is equipped with a ball screw shaft formed from a metallic material, a displacement nut inserted over an outer circumferential side of the ball screw shaft, steel balls installed between a first screw groove formed on the ball screw shaft and a second screw groove formed in the displacement nut, and a pair of first and second return members, through which the steel balls are circulated between one end side and another end side of the displacement nut. The first and second return members include main body parts mounted respectively onto one end and another end of the displacement nut, and cylindrical parts that project outwardly with respect to the main body parts. A return passage, through which the steel balls are circulated, is formed inside of the main body parts and the cylindrical parts.
