摘要: A first layered article (14a) in which a first electrolyte membrane (12a) and an anode-side catalyst layer (13a) are laminated, and a second layered article (14b) in which a second electrolyte membrane (12b) and a cathode-side catalyst layer (13b) are laminated, are formed. Then, the first layered article (14a) and the second layered article (14b) are disposed so that the electrolyte membrane-side surfaces of the two articles face each other. A reinforcement frame (20) is then disposed between the two articles. The whole layered assembly in this state is thermocompression-bonded. Thus, a membrane-electrode assembly (15) in which the reinforcement frame (20) is embedded within an electrolyte membrane (15) that is formed by the fusion of first electrolyte membrane (12a) and the second electrolyte membrane (12b) is obtained.

摘要: A log region of a memory card includes a plurality of log entries and a plurality of administration information storage units. Each of the plurality of log entries includes a license ID region, a Ks2w region, a status region and a KPcmy region. The status region includes a ST1 region and a ST2 region to store the communication status. The license ID region stores a license ID. The Ks2w region stores a session key. The KPcmy region stores a class public encryption key of a memory card. The administration information storage unit stores the last record sequence number corresponding to the log entry storing history information of the latest communication.

摘要: In a conventional polymer membrane electrode assembly, particularly when operated for a long period of time, a portion of the polymer electrolyte membrane to be in contact with the gas diffusion layer has suffered significant degradation. In order to address this, in a membrane electrode assembly including a hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane, a pair of catalyst layers arranged on both surfaces of the polymer electrolyte membrane, and a pair of gas diffusion layers, each including a fibrous substrate, arranged on the outer surfaces of the catalyst layers, a thickness TA of a center portion that faces the catalyst layer and a thickness TB of a peripheral portion surrounding the center portion are set to satisfy a expression (1): 0.7≦TB/TA≦0.9.

摘要: A decryption processing unit decrypts encrypted content data using a license key Kc. When an elapsed time after reception of the license key (Kc) does not exceed a hold time at a time of the license key (Kc) included in reproduction control information (ACp), reproduction of encrypted content data continues. When the elapsed time exceeds the hold time at a time, the license key (Kc) is discarded, and a reproduction control unit again obtains a license key (Kc) from a memory card. Discarding and reobtaining license key (Kc) continues until an allowable output count of license key (Kc) from the memory card becomes zero. As a result, a reproduction time of encrypted content data can be controlled safely.
