    摘要: The present invention provides an ink jet recording head and an ink jet recording device respectively simply and precisely formed, the ink jet recording head and the ink jet recording device are characterized as follows. For the ink jet recording head, an elastic member is inserted between a head chip and an ink supply member and is pressed upon them by a bolt. As a result, a convex portion of the ink supply member comes into contact with a holding member to which the head chip is fastened and the distance between the head chip and the ink supply member is fixed. Therefore, the compressed amount of the elastic member is fixed, the sealing performance of a connection of an ink supply port of the head chip and a supply passage of the ink supply member is secured and it becomes possible to prevent excessive force from acting upon the head chip and damaging the head chip. Therefore, the ink jet recording head can be provided by a precise and simple method.

    摘要: To provide a top plate for a cooking device which has low transmittance in a visible wavelength range and high transmittance in an infrared wavelength range of 3500 nm to 4000 nm. A top plate 1 for a cooking device includes: a glass substrate 10; and a layered coating 2 made of a Si film 11 and a silicon nitride film 12 which are formed on the glass substrate 10. Where t1 represents the thickness of the Si film 11 and t2 represents the thickness of the silicon nitride film 12, (t1, t2) in FIG. 1 showing the relation between the thickness t1 of the Si film and the thickness t2 of the silicon nitride film is within the bounds X defined by connecting Points A1 to A36 shown in TABLE 1 in this order with straight lines.

A top plate for a cooking appliance disposed over the cooking appliance includes: a glass substrate; an interference layer disposed on one side of the glass substrate and made of silicon nitride or aluminium nitride; a light shielding layer disposed on the interference layer and made of titanium or niobium; and a protective layer disposed on the light shielding layer and made of at least one material selected from the group consisting of silicon nitride, zirconium nitride, titanium nitride, tantalum nitride, tungsten nitride, and niobium nitride, wherein the interference layer and the protective layer are thin films each formed by physical vapor deposition in a gas atmosphere having a N2 gas content of 90% to 100% by volume.

    摘要: A jetting element has a plurality of nozzles, a heating body for jetting ink droplets from the nozzles, and an ink chamber communicating with the nozzles. A manifold is bonded with the jetting element through an adhesive, and has an ink flow path formed therein to supply an ink to the jetting element. After the ink has been charged, the interior of the ink flow path is held at a negative pressure. An adhesive whose gas permeability is smaller than 2.0.times.10.sup.-6 cm.sup.3 .multidot.cm/cm.sup.2 .multidot.sec.multidot.atm and whose angle of contact with respect to the ink is 45.degree. or less is used as the adhesive. The bonded portion created by the adhesive has a smooth shape so that air bubbles are hard to adhere to the bonded portion.
