摘要: A knotting method for a netting is disclosed which comprises the steps of seizing together a warp yarn which is paid out from a creel stand and a weft yarn which is paid out from a shuttle to form substantially concentric loops which are opposite in yarn feed direction to each other, pulling out the warp yarn upstream of the loop with respect to a feed direction of the warp yarn through the concentric loops to the opposite side, causing a weft supply side where the weft yarn is paid out to pass through a loop which is formed by the warp yarn as pulled out through the concentric loops, and tightening the warp and weft yarns which are intertwined. The resultant knot is firm and very small.

摘要: A shape measuring instrument is provided as being capable of measuring a surface shape of a target with a small contact force while changing the contact force. A measuring probe 32 is supported while a tilt θ is provided. A retracting force of the measuring force 32 is produced by the tilt θ, and thus, is obtained as mgsig θ which is much small as compared with a self weight “m”. On the other hand, biasing is provided with an extruding force Fc by means of an air cylinder 40. Thus, a contact force of the measuring probe 32 relevant to a work piece W is obtained as a difference between a measuring probe self weight tilt component mgsigθ and the extruding force Fc of the air cylinder 40 (F=Fc−mgsigθ), thus making it possible to reduce a contact force to be very small.

摘要: The control section can determine, on the basis of a detection signal from a detection device, whether operation of an element corresponding to the detection device has completed. The display device can display step sequence data and a three-dimensional model of a machine tool operated through simulation. When the abnormality detection section detects an abnormality of the machine tool, the control section extracts, from a ladder circuit corresponding to a step in which an abnormality has been detected, an element to be operated in response to completion of operation of a preceding element in the ladder circuit, or an element not having completed its operation. The control section then specifies a detection device corresponding to the extracted element or a moving part corresponding to the detection device, and displays the element or the moving part in the displayed three-dimensional model in a distinguishable manner.

摘要: In a thermal displacement compensating device and a thermal displacement compensating method for a machine tool, a block temperature obtaining section obtains temperatures of respective blocks based on temperature information detected by temperature sensors wherein temperatures in each of the respective blocks into which a column is divided to be pluralized are defined as a uniform value. An FEM analysis section performs a structural analysis by a finite element method based on the temperatures of the respective blocks obtained by the block temperature obtaining section and infers thermal displacement amounts of the column. A compensation value calculation section calculates a compensation value for a machining command position based on the thermal displacement amounts of the column inferred by the FEM analysis section. A compensation section compensates the machining command position by the compensation value obtained by the compensation value calculation section.

摘要: An electric fan apparatus including connectors that employ male terminals. Intermediate terminals are employed to connect the male terminals of the connectors. A fan motor is located behind a radiator to rotate a fan for producing air flow that cools the radiator. A controller controls the fan motor. A socket connector is provided on the fan motor or the controller. The socket connector has a sink for accommodating a male terminal. A plug connector is provided for engagement with the socket connector. The plug connector also has a sink for accommodating a male terminal. An intermediate terminal electrically connects the socket connector male terminal and the plug connector male terminal when the socket connector and the plug connector are engaged with each other. The intermediate terminal has back-to-back female ends that are fitted onto the male terminals to bridge the male terminals.
