摘要:
An optical cable gripping member which prevents the kinds of splicing devices from being diversified, thereby enabling reduction of the labor of component management and lowering of the production cost to be realized is obtained. In a cable gripping member 5 which is to be attached to a splicing device 1 to hold an optical fiber cable 121 from its outer sheath, a spacer 17 which fills a gap between one inner wall surface 15a of a tubular space 15 through which the optical fiber cable 121 is to be passed, and the spacer 17 in the tubular space 15 is formed monolithically with one end of the one inner wall surface 15a in a manner that the spacer 17 is attachable to and detachable from the one inner wall surface 15a. The spacer 17 is attached to or detached from the one inner wall surface 15a, thereby enabling a plurality of optical fiber cables of different sizes to be held.

An optical fiber cable which is suitably set in a conduit by pushing the optical fiber cable into the conduit so as to insert the optical fiber cable through the conduit and which does not reduce the ease of manufacture and the mechanical characteristics of the optical fiber cable. The optical fiber cable includes an optical fiber cable core wire and a sheath covering the optical fiber cable core wire, wherein a dynamic friction coefficient between a surface of the sheath of the optical fiber cable and a surface of a sheath of another optical fiber cable is 0.17 to 0.34, and a dynamic friction coefficient between the surface of the sheath of the optical fiber cable and a surface of a sheet composed of polyvinyl chloride is 0.30 to 0.40.

This optical fiber cable is provided with a covering resin including an outermost layer. The outermost layer is formed by a resin composition including: (a) a base resin prepared by adding at least one copolymer selected from an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer to a high density polyethylene; (b) 25 to 90 parts by weight of a phosphate salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin; and (c) 0.75 to 15 parts by weight of either a silicone dispersed polyethylene or a silicone grafted polyethylene with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base resin.

A packing configuration of a cable hardly collapsing the cylindrical shape of a cable bundle and hardly producing a bending tendency and a knot on the cable. The packing configuration includes the cylindrical cable bundle formed by coiling the cable in an 8-shape, a binding member which is disposed on the outer peripheral part of the cable bundle and which binds the cable bundle, and a storage container for storing the cable bundle and the binding member.

An optical fiber cable includes an elongated optical element portion having an optical fiber, a pair of tensile strength members and an outer jacket. The optical fiber is composed of one or more plastic coated optical fibers, tight-buffered optical fibers or optical ribbon fibers. The pair of tensile strength members is arranged in parallel at both sides of the optical fiber in a width direction of the optical fiber. The outer jacket covers outer circumferences of the optical fiber and the pair of tensile strength members. A frictional coefficient of the outer jacket is equal to or less than 0.20. Shore D hardness of the outer jacket is equal to or more than 60.

A color wheel is attached to a hub of a motor before the hub is built in the motor. In this process, portions of the hub which do not impact the rotation accuracy of the motor are held by appropriate clamping means and attaching means so that excessive stress and heat are not applied to bearings of the motor. Then, the hub with the color wheel attached thereto is assembled to the rest of components of the motor.

Disclosed herein is a solid electrolyte capacitor with organic semiconductor which comprises a capacitor element, a solid electrolyte layer formed by heating and melting TCNQ complex salt, impregnating the TCNQ salt into the capacitor element and thereafter cooling and solidifying the same, a powder coating layer formed to cover an upper portion of the capacitor element through a clearance, and a sealing resin layer covering the powder coating layer for sealing the capacitor element.Since the powder coating layer is formed on the upper portion of the capacitor element through a clearance, it is possible to reduce influence exerted on the element by contraction or expansion caused by thermal stress which is applied in a soldering step. Consequently, it is possible to suppress increase of a leakage current.
