    摘要: A distribution type fuel injection pump for distributing and pumping a fuel into a plurality of cylinders of an internal combustion engine. The fuel injection pump is constructed of a hydraulic head formed with first and second fuel feed ports, a rotor fitted in the hydraulic head, and plungers fitted in the end portion of the rotor for effecting the pumping action in accordance with the rotations of the rotor. Separately of this rotor, there is formed in the hydraulic head, for example, a pressure space in which a shuttle is slidably fitted to partition the pressure chamber into first and second pressure chambers. The fuel, introduced from the first fuel feed port and compressed by the plungers, is guided into the first pressure chamber of said pressure space in accordance with the rotation of the rotor, and the fuel, is introduced into the second pressure chamber, is consecutively distributed and pumped into the respective engine chambers by the movements of the shuttle.

    摘要: A measurement range is divided into a plurality of sections, a binary coded signal is generated at each division point, small section signals are generated at a predetermined interval between the binary coded signals, the binary coded signals are weighted by angles, and the small section signals are added or subtracted to or from the weighted signal to interpolate between two binary coded signals. Since the increment signals generated between the adjacent absolute signals is used as an interpolation signal between the absolute signals, the measurement accuracy is enhanced without increasing the number of elements for generating the absolute signals. The measured angle can be accurately read by adding or subtracting the increment signals to and from the weighted signal of the absolute signal.

    摘要: A fuel injecting apparatus for an internal combustion engine, comprising a suction manifold and a throttle valve assembly connected to the suction manifold and provided with a fuel injector and a throttle valve. The plane of the opening of each branch pipe of the manifold is formed at a position receded downstream of a joining plane between the suction manifold and the throttle valve assembly to form space between the joining plane and the opening plane, and, at the same time, the branch pipes of the suction manifold are open at predetermined intervals around the central axis of the space which functions as part of a suction passage rotationally in the direction of the operating sequence of the integrated cylinders, whereby suction by each cylinder takes place consecutively in the same rotational direction in the space at the branch pipe inlets, and a swirl is generated at the space formed at the branch pipe inlets, thereby prompting the mixing of the fuel-air mixture and enabling uniform distribution of the mixture to each cylinder.

    摘要: A sintered cam ring is secured to the inner surface of a cylindrical body by means of a bolt. A fuel injection pump has a rotor which supports a roller rotating along the inner surface of the sintered cam ring and is driven by an engine. The sintered cam ring is provided in the outer surface thereof with a groove extending along the central axis thereof. A positioning member for fixing the position of the groove and that of a pin hole formed in the body for receiving a bolt is inserted such as to stretch between the groove and the pin hole. Further, a bolt is employed to secure and tighten the positioning member fitted in both the pin hole and the groove from the outside of the body.

    摘要: A fuel injection pump comprises a rotor located in a housing, a free piston movably mounted in an axial bore of the rotor, two pump chambers which is formed by dividing said bore by the free piston, and two solenoid valves for supplying fuel to the two pump chambers, one of the chambers receiving therein the fuel to be injected and the other for effecting control of the injection timing. This injection pump is characterized in that two preparatory chambers are provided downstream of the solenoid valves to keep fuel measured by the solenoid valves during the compression operation of said pump chambers and transfer the fuel to said pump chamber after completion of the compression whereby precise measurement of the fuel can be effected.

The crank room containing the swash plate, the wobble plate and the piston is separated into the fuel room and the drive room by the bellows. The bearings for transmitting the drive force between the shaft in the drive room and the swash plate, and the bearing for transmitting the drive force between the swash plate and the wobble plate are placed inside the drive room in order to lubricate the bearings. By arranging plural pistons inside the fuel room, the fuel is forced to be taken in and discharged by the reciprocate movement of the individual pistons.

The rotating amounts are represented in terms of rotating angles. A rotating torque can be obtained by calculating a difference between the rotating angles measured at two points apart from each other on the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft can be controlled in accordance with the rotating angle or the rotating torque.

A free piston reciprocably inserted in the central axial bore defines a first and second chamber. The first chamber includes a plurality of first radial passages and a radial spill port and communicate with the radial bore and the second pressure chamber includes a plurality of second radial passages and a discharge passage. A pair of plungers which is disposed in the radial bore is so constructed as to produce, in accordance with the revolution of the rotor, a compression period in which the liquid fuel is pressurized in the first pressure chamber and pressurized fuel in the second pressure chamber is supplied to the engine through the discharge passage, and a suction period in which the liquid fuel is supplied to the pressure chambers.
