摘要： A multi-layered blown film forming apparatus contains an adapter provided to supply a multiple types of resins, a forming die provided on a downstream side in an axial direction of the adapter, and a temperature controller mechanism. Molten resins of multiple types are individually fed to the forming die through the adapter. The forming die contains a main body, a multi-layer structure of a plurality of single-layer thin film dies disposed in an inner portion of the main body in an axial direction to produce a plurality of resin thin films corresponding to the molten resins of the multiple types, and a first annular path formed between main body and the multi-layer structure. A multi-layered thin film in which the plurality of resin thin films are overlaid is passed through the first annular path and is outputted as a multi-layered thin annular film. The temperature controller mechanism controls individual temperatures of the plurality of single-layer thin film forming dies independently.

摘要： The present invention relates to a casting apparatus for formation of a resin-made membrane which is made to be capable of accomplishing a stable pressure reduction through a suction chamber irrespective of the dimension of an interval between a die and a cooling roll. Thus, in the apparatus according to this invention, a suction chamber is disposed independently of a die and is located to define a necessary seal gap with respect to a cooling roll. Further, a circumferentially moving mechanism is provided to shift the suction chamber along the circumferential directions of the cooling roll while maintaining the necessary seal gap. This invention is applicable, for example, to a biaxial oriented film machine, a non-oriented film machine, a sheet machine, and others.

摘要： The present invention relates to a casting apparatus for formation of a resin-made membrane, which comprises a temperature adjusting unit (a temperature sensor, a heating wire type heater and a temperature controller) whereby an inner wall surface temperature of a suction chamber can be set to a desired temperature. Thus, if a design is made to prevent the temperature of the inner wall surface of the suction chamber from dropping, no contamination of the inner wall of the suction chamber by a volatile matter occurs, so that it is possible to prevent the volatile matter from dropping onto a cooling roll to make a membrane dirty.

摘要： When it is determined that the torque output from the electric motor abnormally fluctuates or the torque output from the electric motor varies between clockwise and counterclockwise turning operations of the driver's steering wheel, the steering assist control is continued if the vehicle speed v is equal to or lower than the reference speed v0. In this case, the width of the dead band of the steering torque in the assist map used to calculate the target assist torque is increased. Thus, only in a case where the vehicle is moving at a low speed and the driver's steering wheel is operated with a great force, the steering assist torque is produced to alleviate the burden on the driver. In the other cases, the electric motor is stopped to minimize a sense of discomfort in the steering operation.

The lubricating oil composition comprises a polyolester based synthetic oil and a C12 to C72 fatty acid and/or a diphenylamine derivative containing an arylalkyl group with a number average molecular weight of 400 to 800.

摘要： A filter for flitrating molten resin of the invention includes: a cylindrical filtering member formed with a large number of projections and recesses; and radially arranged rods in a supporter for supporting the cylindrical filtering member at arc-shaped projected portions, and is constructed such that molten resin material is allowed to pass through the filtering member at arc-shaped recessed portions. In this arrangement, it is possible to enhance the resistance of thermoplastic molten resin filter against filtering pressure as well as to ensure a large filtering area. Further, the filter may be constructed such that the cross-section of the aforementioned cylindrical member is made greater from the upstream side toward the downstream side. By this configuration, the flow rate of molten resin passing through the unit area of the filtering member is made uniform and consequently the collecting capacity of foreign substances is increased.
