    摘要: An inkjet printer for recording an image on a recording medium with an active ray cure ink to be cured by exposure to an active ray, having a head for emitting the active ray cure ink onto a recording medium, an active ray source for emitting the active ray wherein the active ray source is arranged at the rear of the head in the direction of a relative movement of the head with respect to the recording medium during emission of ink, and in a same side where the head is provided with respect to the recording medium, and a shield member for preventing the active ray emitted by the active ray source from directly or indirectly entering into a trajectory formed by an ink particle emitted from the head and reaching the recording medium.

    摘要: A small-sized ink jet printer capable of printing on various types of recording mediums at a lower cost, is provided. This is an ink jet printer that carries out printing by depositing UV ink which is curable by irradiation of an ultraviolet ray, on a recording medium, and irradiating ultraviolet rays on the recording medium. The printer has an UV irradiating unit to enable irradiation of an ultraviolet ray on the UV ink deposited on the recording medium. The UV irradiating unit has either a semiconductor laser or an LED, which enables emitting light the peak wavelength of which includes any one of wavelengths in an ultraviolet range which allow to cure the UV ink.

    摘要: Disclosed is a solid thermoplastic acrylic copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 4,000 to 30,000 for the use as a material for powder paint capable of forming a smooth surface which is produced by copolymerizing, preferably in a suspension copolymerization method, comprising(1) 3 to 30% by weight of at least one comonomer of the formula (I'): ##STR1## (2) 1 to 50% by weight of at least one comonomer selected from the compounds of the formulae (II') and (III'): ##STR2## and (3) 20 to 96% by weight of at least one comonomer of the formula (IV'): ##STR3## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.1a and R.sub.1b are respectively a hydrogen atom or methyl group, R.sub.2 is an alkyl group of C.sub.1-8 or a cycloalkyl group of C.sub.6-8, R.sub.3 is an alkylene group of C.sub.2-6, R.sub.4 is an aliphatic group of C.sub.2-12 optionally containing a carboxyl group or an aromatic group of C.sub.6-12 optionally containing a carboxyl group, R.sub.5 is an aliphatic group of C.sub.1-18 optionally containing a hydroxyl group or an aromatic group of C.sub.6-18 optionally containing a hydroxyl group, n is 1 or 2 and X is an ester, nitrile, amide, R.sub.6 COO-- wherein R.sub.6 is an alkyl of C.sub.1-18, glycidylester, glycidylether, or an aromatic group of C.sub.6-18 or a halogen atom, at a pH of 7 or less in the presence of a catalyst.

    摘要: An over-discharge protection circuit included in a charge circuit in a portable apparatus having a portable portion and a body, the portable portion and body being interconnected by two charging terminals of the body and two terminals of the portable portion when the portable portion is placed on the body, the over-discharge protection circuit comprising: a first resistor connected across a battery charger for detecting a discharge current when a power source of the battery charger is accidentally turned OFF during a charge of the battery; a switching circuit connected between a load and a battery for disconnecting the load and battery when the power source of the battery charger is accidentally turned OFF during a charge of the battery; a switch control circuit connected to the switching circuit through a third resistor for turning the switching circuit ON/OFF; a second resistor connected between the switching circuit and the switch control circuit for controlling a flow of a charge current to the switch control circuit; and a diode connected between the switch control circuit and the first resistor for allowing a flow of the discharge current to the first resistor when the power source of the battery charger is accidentally turned OFF during a charge of the battery.
