    摘要: A solenoid valve control apparatus has a solenoid valve having first and second solenoid valves that output first and second solenoid pressures respectively, a pressure regulation valve that works with the first and second solenoid pressures being working signal pressures, and a foreign matter removal controller that removes a foreign matter that adheres to a valve open/close portion of the solenoid valve. Each of the first and second solenoid valves has a solenoid coil that drives a plunger inside the solenoid valve in accordance with an application current. The foreign matter removal controller is configured so that when applying the rectangular-wave current, which performs a reciprocating movement of the plunger and removes the foreign matter, to the solenoid coil of one solenoid valve of the first and second solenoid valves, a current application to the solenoid coil of the other solenoid valve, by which the solenoid pressure becomes a maximum pressure range, is maintained.

    摘要: An inhibitor switch for detecting a shift position of a select lever is provided with: a terminal block fixed in a transmission case of an automatic transmission; a contact plate provided in the terminal block; an operating portion configured to cooperatively move with the select lever and to move along the contact plate; a movable contact formed on the operating portion and configured to slide on the contact plate to form an electric circuit according to a contact position between the contact plate and the movable contact; at least one disconnecting portion formed in the contact plate and cut at a plurality of positions after the contact plate is provided in the terminal block for interrupting electrical conduction; and at least one set of a plurality of disconnecting holes for cutting the disconnecting portion and formed in the terminal block by primary molding. The disconnecting holes respectively correspond to the plurality of positions at which the disconnecting portion is cut. The plurality of disconnecting holes are sealed by secondary molding after the disconnecting portion is cut.

    摘要: A method is provided to mount a terminal connector, which gathers wirings that extend from a control valve unit, to a transmission case, which includes a mount portion with a mount hole, and which encloses the control valve unit. The method includes: (a) inserting the terminal connector into the mount hole until a portion of the terminal connector projects outwardly from the mount hole, and (b) outwardly pulling the inserted terminal connector from an outside of the transmission case to thereby mount the terminal connector to the mount portion. A structure includes: (a) a connector mounting arm of the control valve unit, and (b) the terminal connector mounted into the mount hole of the mount portion. The terminal connector includes a holder portion, which is engaged with the connector mounting arm and which is slidable relative to the connector mounting arm, upon mounting the terminal connector to the mount portion.

    摘要: In a stepping motor cooling apparatus for a belt-type continuously variable transmission, a pair of primary and secondary pulleys are disposed inside a transmission case, and a forward/backward switching unit is disposed coaxially to the primary pulley, furthermore, a stepping motor is disposed below the forward/backward switching unit. An inner case originating from the transmission case surrounds a circumference of the forward/backward switching unit. Through the inner case, a dripping hole is formed at an inner case's portion directly above the stepping motor so that working fluid drained from the forward/backward switching unit can drip on the stepping motor. In order to further improve the cooling effect of the stepping motor, a recess portion is formed immediately below the stepping motor at an upper surface of a valve body disposed under the stepping motor.

    摘要: In a two-way solenoid vale, a small diameter portion of a nozzle portion is fitted in a small diameter portion receiving part communicating with an output pressure oil passage and a large diameter portion is fitted in a large diameter portion receiving part communicating with a supply pressure oil passage. An opening of a through-hole formed in the nozzle portion faces the output pressure oil passage by way of the small diameter portion receiving part, and an inner end of the through-hole is opened and closed by a plunger and communicates with a drain port. An orifice port communicating with the through-hole is opened to the large diameter portion receiving part and communicates with the supply pressure oil passage. Since the orifice port is disposed in the solenoid valve, a separate plate for an orifice is not required, oil passage is simplified and the solenoid valve can be installed in an optional position. The output pressure characteristics can be adjusted by merely replacing with a solenoid valve having an orifice port of a different diameter.
