摘要： An automatic transmission controller has an electronic control circuit, an electromagnetic valve, and a pressure control valve. The electronic control circuit generates a control current. The electromagnetic valve regulates a command pressure in accordance with the control current. The pressure control valve has a spool and is formed with a spool hole. The spool reciprocates in the spool hole in accordance with the command pressure to regulate a pressure supplied to a friction element of an automatic transmission. In a standby state, when the friction element is in a disengaged state, the electronic control circuit generates an oscillating current as the control current so that the electromagnetic valve generates a standby command pressure that makes the spool reciprocate in a range in which no pressure is supplied to the friction element.

摘要： The present invention is an adapter for mounting a replacement solenoid to a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep transmission manufactured between 1993 and 2007. The adapter includes a manifold with a transverse mounting block that allows a replacement solenoid to be mounted substantially parallel to the transmission casing. A plurality of pressurized fluid passages are in fluid communication with the replacement solenoid and a factory transducer to the transmission. This adapter allows reliable aftermarket solenoid manufactured by third parties to be retrofitted on to certain Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep transmission known to have high solenoid failure rates.

摘要： In an oil pressure control device, a clutch apply control valve is provided in an oil passage between a control valve and a linear solenoid valve. The clutch apply control valve is changed between a first position where an input port and an output port are connected so as to supply a control pressure to a control oil chamber, and a second position where another input port and the output port are connected so as to supply the control oil chamber with a D range pressure, instead of the control pressure. Therefore, the clutch apply control valve makes it possible to reliably supply an engaging pressure to a clutch even in the case of a failure of the control valve or the like to ensure good responsiveness of the clutch.

The oil pressure control device includes: an electromagnetic valve that controls the supply pressure using a spool which reciprocates according to an energizing amount; and a control part that defines a first oscillatory wave part in which the energizing amount is controlled by making a first waveform with a first frequency to superimpose on a second waveform with a second frequency higher than the first frequency during a first period while the sliding engagement state and an instruction value of the supply pressure are kept constant.
