摘要: A flexible data rate matching method in a 3GPP2 system is disclosed that supports flexible data rate repetition on a physical layer of synchronous cdma2000 in an interleaving process. The process includes repeating bits of a channel encoded bitstream with one of a plurality of repetition factors, for matching a length of a repeated bitstream to an interleaving depth, or alternatively, fixing an index of an offset bit, where bit repetition of the channel encoded bitstream is started therefrom, for making the repetition pattern of the channel encoded bitstream to be a desired bit repetition pattern, fixing a repetition factor according to an initial parameter defined by the index of a fixed offset bit, repeating a bit of relevant index, and updating the initial parameter according to the fixed repetition factor, and repeating a process of fixing the repetition factor of a next bit according to the updated initial parameter, repeating the next bit, and re-updating the updated initial parameter, for matching a length of the repeated bitstream to the interleaving depth.

摘要: A flexible data rate matching method in a 3GPP2 system is disclosed that supports flexible data rate repetition on a physical layer of synchronous cdma2000 in an interleaving process. 摘要: A transmitter using constituent encoders to generate turbo-encoded bit sequence having variable bit order from an information bit is provided. Each constituent encoder encodes a bit to a bit sequence and each bit sequence from respective constituent encoder has same error correction performance in decoding. Each encoded bit sequence is punctured using optimal puncturing pattern based on code rate and the resultant sequences have the same error correction performance. A receiver receives each bit sequence and depunctures with an optimal depuncturing pattern to decode bits efficiently.

摘要: The present invention relates to a mobile communication system, and more particularly, to a method of allocating a Walsh code resource. The present invention includes determining an available maximum data rate by comparing a channel information value of a forward link with a first threshold value, determining a data rate based on a quantity of data to be transmitted, terminating to allocate the walsh codes or determining a number of the walsh codes to be requested for the data according to a comparison between the data rates, and determining a number of walsh codes for other terminals by checking a number of remaining walsh codes excluding the number of the requested walsh codes from available walsh codes.

摘要: The present invention detects a candidate ROI group associated with character strings/figure strings on the basis of a result acquired through prior learning of various types of license plates, verifies the interested region candidate group detected by using at least one condition of five predetermined conditions, and determines an MBR region in the selected ROI region from the verified interested region candidate group by considering a ratio between the height and width of the ROI region to recognize the license plate for the automobile. According to the present invention, it is possible to automatically detect the location of the license plate regardless of various types of license plate specifications defined for each of countries.
