摘要: In an overload protective apparatus of a compressor and its method capable of preventing damage of a compressor due to overload by removing an overload protector and using an operation control device operating the compressor, the overload protective apparatus includes a reference current setting unit for presetting a reference current value for operating the compressor normally; a microcomputer for generating a power cutoff signal when the detected current value is greater than the reference current value and generating a power supply signal when the detected current value is smaller than the reference current value; and a power supply unit for cutting off power applied to the compressor on the basis of the power cutoff signal or applying power to the compressor on the basis of the power supply signal.

摘要: In an operation control apparatus and a method thereof, the compressor can be protected from overloading through a current control device instead of an OLP (Over Load Protector) and a PTC thermistor (Positive Temperature Coefficient thermistor). The operation control apparatus includes: a stroke estimated unit for estimating a stroke of the compressor on the basis of a current and a voltage applied to an interior motor of the compressor and a motor constant of the interior motor; a control unit for generating a control signal for varying a stroke of the compressor on the basis of the estimated stroke value and a preset stroke reference value; and a current control means being turned on/off so as to vary a stroke voltage applied to the interior motor of the compressor.

摘要: A driving controlling apparatus of a linear compressor and a method thereof are disclosed, in which a stroke is variably controlled at the time of a compression processing and a suction processing thus to prevent a consumption power decrease and a refrigerating capacity deficiency phenomenon and to enhance a reliability (v.u). A driving controlling method of a linear compressor, wherein a firing angle is respectively applied at the time of a compression processing and a suction processing according to a load state. The driving controlling apparatus comprises an electric circuit (20) for driving a linear compressor by varying a stroke by a piston movement; a voltage/current detecting unit (21) for detecting a voltage and a current generated at the electric circuit unit (20), a phase difference detecting unit (22) for receiving a voltage and a current from the voltage/current detecting unit (21) and thus detecting a voltage/current phase difference of a corresponding time point; and a stroke controlling unit (23) for receiving a phase difference from the phase difference detecting unit (22) and applying a stroke voltage to the electric circuit unit by differently applying a firing angle at the time of a compression processing and a suction processing, respectively on the basis of the input phase difference.

摘要: A reciprocating motor for a reciprocating type compressor includes a bobbin having a coil wound inside thereof, a terminal formed at one side of the bobbin, for electrically connecting the coil and an external circuit, a core part at which a plurality of lamination sheets are radially stacked in a circumferential direction centering around the bobbin, and a fixing part for fixing at least one lamination sheet at the inner side of the core part. With this construction, the lamination sheets making the core part is prevented from vibrating and the collision between the lamination sheets and the terminal is prevented, so that when the motor operates, its noise is reduced and reliability of the operation of the motor is heightened.

摘要: Disclosed are an operation control device of a compressor, which can reduce motor loss by applying an AC power to a motor of the compressor without a switching operation of a control unit, and a method thereof. The operation control device of the compressor comprises: a capacitor electrically connected to a motor of the compressor and having a predetermined capacitance; a control unit connected in series to the motor of the compressor and applying an AC power to the motor of the compressor according to a control signal; and a controller detecting a load variation amount on the basis of a current and voltage applied to the motor of the compressor and controlling on/off of the control unit according to the detected load variation amount.

摘要: Disclosed are an operation control device of a compressor, which can reduce motor loss by applying an AC power to a motor of the compressor without a switching operation of a control unit, and a method thereof. 摘要: A reciprocating compressor includes: a reciprocating motor, an outer stator and an inner stator provided with at least one step portion at both sides thereof, and an armature linearly moving therebetween; a compression unit having a cylinder and a piston inserted in the cylinder to receive a linear and reciprocal driving force of the reciprocating motor and compress a gas; a suction unit sucking a gas into the compression unit; a discharge unit discharging the gas compressed in the compression unit to outside the container; a resonance spring unit elastically supporting the piston and the armature; and a frame unit supporting the compression unit and the reciprocating motor. Because stable driving is achieved in its operation, generation of vibration and noise can be minimized, heightening reliability. In addition, the amount of gas discharge can be accurately controlled.

摘要: A reciprocating compressor including: a closed container (10); a reciprocating motor (20) having stators and an armature (22) disposed in the air gap between the stators (21) and making a reciprocal movement; a compression unit (30) having a piston (31) combined with the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor and a cylinder fixed inside the closed container (10); a spring unit (50) elastically supporting the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor (20) in a movement direction; and a frame unit (100) supporting the reciprocating motor (20) and the compression unit (30) having a gas hole (111) at a suitable portion thereof. Accordingly, when the armature (22) of the reciprocating motor (20) makes a reciprocal movement, the gas is compressed at the end of the armature (22), so that an increase of a flow resistance is prevented. In addition, in occurrence of an over-stroke of the armature, as the step portion (112) makes a space to prevent the magnet from releasing or damaging, the reliability of the compressor is improved.
