摘要： Dividing or splitting data (e.g., images) of a file may be performed by allowing a user to preview or otherwise view the intended division prior to the splitting of the images in the file into separate files. The division may be shown in a display by visually distinguishing between the designated groups. Visual distinctions may include color filtering, use of a division mark, use of grouping frames, labeling and the like and/or combinations thereof. By allowing a user to view the intended groupings, a user may further cancel designated groupings prior to splitting the images into the separate files.

The control unit controls the sheet nipping unit to reach a nipping state to nip the sheet in the sheet housing unit upon the sheet detection unit detecting a sheet-present state, executes a power saving mode to stop supplying power to at least a part of the electric mechanisms when no drive command is input for a predetermined time, and controls the sheet nipping unit to cancel the nipping state before execution of the power saving mode.

A semi-circular arc rib (132) is formed on the peripheral edge of a closed end section (131) of a slit (13). The rib (132) is substantially semi-circular are-shaped and projects outward from an outer peripheral surface (15A) of an outer column (1). Further, linear ribs (133A, 133B) extend linearly toward the vehicle body front side so as to be continuous from the vehicle body front side of the semi-circular arc rib (132). The semi-circular arc rib (132) and the linear ribs (133A, 133B) reinforce the peripheral edge of the slit (13) of the outer column (1) whose rigidity and strength are impaired. Thus the rigidity and strength of the outer column (1) are improved.
