    摘要: An liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material practical as an organic semiconductor is provided. The material is a liquid crystal composition having a smectic liquid crystal phase. The liquid crystalline organic semiconductor material has a distyrylbenzene structure of formula (1). When heated to a temperature range for the smectic liquid crystal phase followed by being cooled, the material takes on a solid state as a result of phase transition from the smectic phase.
