    摘要: A method for analyzing proteins with the use of electrophoresis is provided, which makes it possible to rapidly and conveniently analyze a great variety of proteins with high sensitivity. The method for analyzing a protein in a sample comprises setting a sample in a carrier for electrophoresis, performing electrophoresis for the sample using a buffer for electrophoresis in which a labeling compound represented by formula I: wherein R1 is an aryl group or a heteroaryl group that may be substituted, R2 is a heterocyclic group that may be substituted, and n is an integer between 1 and 5, is dissolved, and then detecting a complex of the compound of formula I and the protein via spectrophotometrical measurement.

    摘要: A method of quantitatively determining 8-isoprostane is provided that includes fluorescently labeling 8-isoprostane with a quinoxalinone derivative in an excess amount relative to 8-isoprostane, separating a fluorescently labeled 8-isoprostane from a unreacted quinoxalinone derivative by contacting a reaction mixture containing the fluorescently labeled 8-isoprostane and the unreacted quinoxalinone derivative with a cation exchange support having a sulfonic acid or a sulfonate immobilized thereon, and quantitatively determining the fluorescently labeled 8-isoprostane that has been separated from the unreacted quinoxalinone derivative.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a gravity type oceanic structure and its stable installation wherein a skirt is provided downward on the outside periphery of the lower end of the part to be settled and fixed on the sea bed. When the structure is settled on the sea bed, the skirt is pushed into the sea bed foundation to intercept penetration of sea water from the circumference into the structure, and sea water in the skirt is adequately discharged by draining means to make the internal pressure equal to the atmospheric pressure. Buoyancy is thereby eliminated so that the bottom surface of the structure is fixed firmly to the sea bed.
