    摘要: To provide a printing inspection apparatus and a printing inspection method enabling an optimal inspection mode in which a balance is kept between the improvement of production efficiency and the securing of a printing accuracy.In a printing inspection for inspecting a printing state of cream solder on a substrate after screen printing, inspection data is generated by dividing unit shape and position data, indicating the shapes and the positions of element solder print portions to be printed on electrodes provided on a circuit forming surface of the substrate to be used to bond electronic components, into data groups according to a grouping condition chosen in response to an inspection mode. A go/no-go judgment at the time of inspection is made per data group, and a judgment result is displayed for each data group. It is thus possible to choose an optimal inspection mode flexibly in response to the characteristics of a substrate as the subject to be inspected.

    摘要: A locking apparatus for a vehicle includes a striker, a locking apparatus body. The locking apparatus body is used for locking and releasing the striker. The locking apparatus body includes a housing, a first rocking shaft, a latch and a pawl. The housing includes a recess for receiving the striker. The first rocking shaft is disposed in the housing and has a first axis. The latch is supported by the first rocking shaft so as to be rotatable relative to the housing around the first axis between a locking position in which the latch locks the striker in the recess and a releasing position in which the latch releases the striker in the recess. The pawl is used for locking the latch. The locking apparatus body locks the striker when moving housing to the striker and is operable in the housing.

    摘要: Provided is a connector component that allows easily performing coupling of connectors with each other. In a connector component (a vehicle-side electrical connector) according to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle-side connector is mounted on a base bracket via mounting members formed of rubber, elastic deformation of the mounting members permits a relative positional displacement of the base bracket and the vehicle-side connector in a compressing direction (Z-direction) as well as a relative positional displacement in a sliding direction (a direction in an X-Y plane). Therefore, even when there is a positional displacement and/or inclination between the vehicle-side electrical connector and a battery-side electrical connector and a relative positional displacement in the sliding direction has occurred, self-correction is performed by elastic deformation of the mounting members.     摘要: Cream solder stored in a squeegee head is pressurized by a pressurizing plate, and the squeegee head is slid on a mask plate, so that the cream solder is printed onto a substrate via pattern apertures. This is done by a screen printing apparatus, in which pressurized solder is accommodated, and the solder is brought into contact with a surface of the mask plate via an opening formed on a lower face of the cell. A rectifier is disposed in the cell for blocking the cream solder from flowing into a specific area just above the opening. This structure allows the solder to flow into the opening in a slant direction, and causes the solder to roll. This mechanism prevents the solder from being hardened due to staying stagnant just above the opening, and thus prevents defective printings.
