摘要: A composite duplexer includes an antenna terminal, a first receiving terminal, a second receiving terminal, a transmitting terminal, a first switch, a duplexer, and a second switch. The first switch includes a first branch contact, a second branch contact connected with the transmitting terminal, a third branch contact connected with the second receiving terminal, and a first common contact connected with the first antenna terminal. The first common contact of the first switch is connected selectively with the first branch contact, the second branch contact, and the third branch contact. The first duplexer includes a first receiving filter connected with the first receiving terminal, and a first transmitting filter. The duplexer is connected with the first branch contact of the first switch. The second switch is operable to connect and disconnect electrically between the first transmitting filter of the first duplexer and the transmitting terminal. This composite duplexer can separate signals even if their frequency bands are close to each other.

摘要: A method of directly bonding a crystal to a crystal includes the steps of mirror-polishing the surfaces of the crystals and then rinsing them with a cleaning material and then affecting a baking operation and then bonding them together and thereafter annealing them within a temperature range where crystal crystallization is not transited in phase so that a further strong bonding force is obtained. A crystal resonator is obtained where electrodes are oppositely established across a ply crystal blank with at least two sheets of crystal blanks having a desired cut angle and a desired thickness being directly bonded so that the respective crystal axes intersect at the desired angles. The ply crystal blank may have a central portion which is either thicker or thinner than a surrounding portion. A crystal oscillator including a crystal resonator having the above noted features may be fabricated and a temperature compensated crystal oscillator of either the analog or digital type may also be formed using such a crystal resonator. A crystal filter may also be formed using a ply crystal bank with at least two sheets of crystal blanks having a desired cut angle and a desired shape being directly bonded so that respective crystal axes intersect at the desired angles.

摘要: A piezoelectric device includes a piezoelectric plate provided with at least one electrode at almost a central portion of each face; a first plate made of an ionic material having a recessed portion to cover the at least one electrode at one face to face the piezoelectric plate; and a second plate made of an ionic material having a recessed portion to cover the at least one electrode at one face to face the piezoelectric plate. Each of the at least one electrode is packaged by direct bonding the piezoelectric plate with the first plate and the second plate so as to be sandwiched therebetween. A package includes a body member made of an ionic material provided with a recessed portion or an opening, having a flat face around the recessed portion or the opening; and a covering member made of an ionic material having a flat face to cover the body member. The flat face of the body member and the flat face of the covering member are cleaned and attached to each other so as to be direct bonded with each other using hydrogen bonds generated between the ionic materials, thereby packaging the recessed portion or the opening.
