摘要: In a electric motorcycle including a power unit having a motor whose revolving shaft is oriented in the vehicle width direction, and a centrifugal clutch configured to transmit a rotary drive force of the motor to an output shaft, the centrifugal clutch is arrange coaxially with the motor. A primary driven gear arranged coaxially with the output shaft and configured to transmit a drive force transmitted from the centrifugal clutch to the output shaft is provided. The primary driven gear is arranged so as to be interposed between the centrifugal clutch and the motor in the axial direction of the revolving shaft. A clutch outer is fixed to a clutch outer holder which is relatively rotatable with respect to the revolving shaft, and the primary driven gear is engaged with a primary drive gear formed on the outer periphery of the clutch outer holder.

摘要: A decompression apparatus includes a plunger and a decompression shaft. The plunger is provided in a plunger hole formed in a cam shaft which is configured to move an engine valve of an internal combustion engine. The plunger is movable in the plunger hole between a decompression position in which the plunger opens the engine valve and a decompression cancel position in which the plunger does not open the engine valve. The plunger hole has a first opening which partially locates on a cam surface of a valve cam which is provided on the cam shaft. A first end portion of the plunger protrudes from the first opening to open the engine valve in the decompression position. The decompression shaft is provided in the cam shaft and configured to move the plunger between the decompression position and the decompression cancel position.

摘要: A decompression apparatus includes a plunger and a decompression shaft. The plunger is provided in a plunger hole formed in a cam shaft which is configured to move an engine valve of an internal combustion engine. The plunger is movable in the plunger hole between a decompression position in which the plunger opens the engine valve and a decompression cancel position in which the plunger does not open the engine valve. 摘要: To miniaturize an exhaust manifold to facilitate disposition of an engine in a boat body. A multiple cylinder engine having an exhaust manifold on a side portion thereof is disposed such that a crankshaft thereof extends along forward and rearward directions of a boat body. The exhaust manifold has a structure wherein exhaust pipes connected to exhaust ports of the engine are distributed upwardly and downwardly in such a manner as to form confluence pipes above and below the exhaust ports and the confluence pipes are further joined to each other to form an exhaust gas exit from the exhaust manifold. The exhaust gas exit is disposed at a substantially central portion of an internal space of the boat body in the vertical direction and an exhaust gas turbo charger is connected to the exhaust gas exit.

摘要: In a transmission for a saddle type vehicle wherein a shift position sensor for detecting the angular position of a shift drum has a sensor shaft disposed coaxially with the shift drum and wherein an engaging pin disposed along a plane orthogonal to the center axis of the sensor shaft and inserted and passed through and fixed to the sensor shaft is engaged with an engagement groove provided at one axial end of the shift drum, to restrain abrasion or torsion from occurring between the engagement groove and the engaging pin even if a radial load is exerted on the shift drum at the time of a shift change and thereby to promise enhanced durability. The longitudinal direction of the engagement groove is set in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the greatest one of radial loads on the shift drum is exerted.

摘要: In a decompression unit including a decompression arm, a decompression unit for internal combustion engine is provided in which the followability in the opening-and-closing operation of the air intake valve or the exhaust valve with respect to the cam at high-revolution speeds is satisfactory without increasing the equivalent inertia weight of the valve driving system, and for lowering the cost. A decompression unit includes a first decompression cam that takes the operating position when the number of revolutions of the engine is not more than the predetermined number of revolution during startup. A second decompression cam is provided that takes the operating position by manual operation. A decompression arm includes first and second abutting portions that abut against first and second decompression cams, respectively. An adjusting screw is provided for pressing the rocker arm and a resilient member for bringing the first abutting portion of the decompression arm into abutment against the first decompression cam. The decompression arm pivoted by the first and the second decompression cams pivots the rocker arm via the adjusting screw to open the exhaust valve.

摘要: In an internal combustion engine, a pair of suction ports are formed on left and right sides of the rear of the cylinder head with respect to the vehicle body. A pair of exhaust ports is formed on left and right sides on the front side of the cylinder head. Suction poppet valves and exhaust poppet valves for opening and closing the suction ports and the exhaust ports are slidably fitted in guide tubes, respectively. In addition, a valve gear includes a camshaft and a rocker arm pivotally supported on a rocker arm shaft. The rocker arm is formed with a bifurcated end, which crosses an ignition plug on the exhaust poppet valve side. The suction poppet valves are directly driven to open and close by the camshaft.
