摘要： In a dynamic optometer, a variation in the direction of a subject's eye, namely, in the direction of gaze is measured by a direction detector to tilt a bi-axial rocking mirror according to the output of the detector, and an actual image of an eyeball formed by a pair of concave spherical mirrors is reflected to an optical system by the rocking mirror varying the direction of incidence. A second actual image which is formed immediately before a light source by the optical system is stably fixated in one direction, so that the eye is irradiated with light constantly from the front side in spite of eye movements. Accordingly, the refractive power can be measured, unaffected by the movement of an eyeball.

摘要： The modified phenolic resin of the present invention has a specific structure in which a side chain of an aromatic ring having a hydroxyl group in a phenolic resin that is an alternate copolymer of a phenolic compound and a compound having a divalent connecting group, is substituted with a group represented by general formula (1-1). By using the modified phenolic resin as a hardener for epoxy resins, there are provided an epoxy resin, a composition thereof, and a cured product thereof having excellent adhesion and flame retardancy without impairing properties of conventional phenolic resins such as gel time, glass transition temperature, moisture absorption, and mechanical properties. (In the formula, R1 represents a C1-8 linear, branched, or cyclic hydrocarbon group.) The present invention provides an epoxy resin composition with excellent adhesion and flame retardancy in uses such as hardeners for semiconductor sealing epoxy resins, insulating materials for electrical/electronic components, and laminates (printed circuit boards). A prepreg containing a glass substrate impregnated with the epoxy resin composition, a laminate, and an electronic circuit board are also provided.

摘要： A tracking servo system includes in addition to a composite servo system composed of a push-pull track deviation detecting loop operative with pregrooves formed in an optical disc and a wobbling track deviation detecting loop operative with intermittently provided wobbled tracking marks, an offset correcting loop for detecting offset component possibly produced due to tilt, deformation and eccentricity of a recording medium or change in optical and mechanical parameters in the course of time lapse to drive forcibly a light spot by applying an electrical offset to cancel out the offset component. In the offset correcting loop, light reflected by wobbled tracking marks provided intermittently or mirror areas formed by interrupting intermittently the pregroove is utilized for detecting the offset component.
