    摘要: An apparatus for testing a semiconductor integrated circuit includes an input part that inputs circuit description data that describes a circuit structure of the semiconductor integrated circuit, a clock domain of the semiconductor integrated circuit, and a first test vector to be used for testing a normal operation of the semiconductor integrated circuit, and a simulator that performs a simulation on the semiconductor integrated circuit with the use of a test vector. The simulator includes an asynchronous transfer point extraction unit that extracts an asynchronous transfer point in the semiconductor integrated circuit in accordance with the circuit description data and the clock domain that are input through the input part, a simulation unit that calculates a logic circuit output of the semiconductor integrated circuit by performing a simulation in accordance with the circuit description data and the first test vector that are input through the input part, and a second test vector generation unit that generates a second test vector by changing a signal of an asynchronous transfer point of the logic circuit output calculated by the simulation unit in accordance with the asynchronous transfer point extracted by the asynchronous transfer point extraction unit.

    摘要: A boot with a bellows interposed between a large-diameter ring and a small-diameter ring is disclosed. In the bellows, the crest which is the closest to the small-diameter ring is made thinner than the other crests. Accordingly, when the boot is mounted on a mechanical shaft joint, the crest closest to the small-diameter ring is folded preferentially, so that the pitches of the other crests are maintained. The other crests are not brought into contact with each other during the cross movement of the mechanical shaft joint or even if they come into contact with each other, the contact pressure reduced, and the durability is thereby enhanced.

    摘要: An exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system in an engine system includes an intake passage, an exhaust passage, an EGR passage, a connecting passage and an exhaust gas regulating valve. The exhaust passage is provided with a catalyst and a muffler. The EGR passage is provided with a heat exchanger and an EGR valve. The connecting passage fluidly connects the exhaust passage and the EGR passage. The exhaust gas regulating valve is mounted at a merging portion defined between the exhaust passage and the connecting passage. Based on the opening degree of the exhaust gas regulating valve, the exhaust gas flow is adjustably regulated into recirculating flow into the EGR passage or flow through the exhaust passage. Based on the opening degree of the EGR valve, the recirculated exhaust gas in the EGR passage is adjustably regulated into recirculating flow into the intake passage or flow into the connecting passage after passing through the heat exchanger.

    摘要: A turbocharger incorporates a turbine rotor, a housing having defined therein a turbine housing portion in which the turbine rotor rotated by exhaust gas is disposed, a shaft rotatably supported on the bearing housing portion via a bearing, a compressor rotor fixed to a second end of the shaft, a bypass passage formed on the turbine housing portion so as to communicatively connect an exhaust gas inlet and an exhaust gas outlet of the housing while bypassing the turbine rotor, a waste gate valve disposed in the bypass passage and operatively positioned to open or close the bypass passage in response to a boost pressure, and a nozzle member fixedly positioned with the exhaust gas outlet of the housing such that a first end of the nozzle member is adjacent to the turbine rotor while maintaining a predetermined clearance therefrom and a second end of the nozzle member defines an opening of an exhaust gas outlet side of the bypass passage oriented along the direction of the main flow of the exhaust gas discharged from the turbine rotor. The housing further has defined therein the exhaust gas inlet, the exhaust gas outlet and a bearing housing portion which is formed on the turbine housing portion. The turbine rotor is fixed to a first end of the shaft. The compressor rotor is disposed in a compressor housing fixed to the bearing housing portion.
