    摘要: An eigen value expansion section 103 calculates eigen values and eigen vectors in a correlation matrix or covariance matrix of input signals. When the ratio between a maximum eigen value and other eigen values is equal to or lower than a threshold, an assignment method selection section 104 selects a code assignment method whereby systematic bits are transmitted with their respective eigen vectors. As a result, a communication apparatus 100 transmits a systematic bit X with the respective eigen vectors. On the other hand, when the ratio between a maximum eigen value and other eigen values is greater than the threshold, the assignment method selection section 104 selects a code assignment method whereby systematic bits are transmitted with only the eigen vector having the maximum eigen value. As a result, the communication apparatus 100 transmits the systematic bit X with only the eigen vector having the maximum eigen value. This makes it possible to obtain an effect of improving sufficient communication quality even when the difference between the maximum eigen value and other eigen values is large in a communication system which combines a turbo code and MIMO.

    摘要: A transmission rate determining method that enables assignment of transmission rate (modulation scheme and coding rate) to be optimized with high accuracy in the AMC technique. In the method, in abase station, Doppler frequency detector 117 detects the Doppler frequency (moving speed) of each mobile station. MCS assignment section 125 corrects a relational expression of MCS (coding rate and modulation scheme) and CIR based on the Doppler frequency (moving speed) obtained in Doppler frequency detector 117, for example, corrects a threshold in CIR, and determines MCS optimal for CIR report value. Results of assignment in MCS assignment section 125 are output to coding section 101 and modulation section 103.

    摘要: An aluminum alloy thermal exchanger has an aluminum alloy metal surface without any harmful chromium ions and having good corrosion resistance and good hydrophilicity. The thermal exchanger includes an aluminum alloy metal having a surface provided with a first protective layer of chemical conversion coating produced by using a first treatment liquid, the first treatment liquid including a water soluble vanadium compound and a fluoro-zirconium complex compound. The first protective layer has a second protective layer of hydrophilic film thereon. The second protective layer is produced by adding and drying a second treatment liquid, the second treatment liquid including an aqueous polyvinyl alcohol polymer having a vinyl alcohol unit of more than 40% and another polymerization unit of less than 60 mol %, polyoxyethylene glycol having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 and 1,000,000, a vanadium compound, and a zirconium compound, wherein, in the second treatment liquid, the ratio of the weight % of zirconium and vanadium is 40-350.
