    摘要: Communication between a scanner and a wireless IC tag is performed with certainty. An installation hole is formed in the side surface of a tire and a holder with wireless IC tag 10 housing a wireless IC tag 18 is inserted into this installation hole. The holder with wireless IC tag 10 can open and close. It is opened, the wireless IC tag 18 is housed in a pocket 20, the holder with wireless IC tag 10 is closed and inserted into the installation hole. The holder with wireless IC tag 10 housing the wireless IC tag 18 is inserted into the outer surface of the tire so a scanner can be brought close to the wireless IC tag 18, which can reliably communicate with the scanner. Further, the holder with wireless IC tag 10 is installed to the tire after vulcanization so there does not cause damage to the wireless IC tag 18 due to heat and the like.

The system 10 for measuring slip rate of a tire for a construction vehicle includes a running position sensor 1 mounted in a construction vehicle 11, for continuously acquiring data of running position of the construction vehicle 11, a slip rate sensor 2 for continuously acquiring data of slip rate for at least one tire mounted on the construction vehicle 11, a memory 3 for storing data acquired by these sensors, and a calculation portion 5 for calculating based on the data stored in the memory 3 a slip rate distribution in which the slip rate range is divided into predetermined range sections and frequency ratios of the slip rates, measured in dry conditions at respective spots on a predetermined travelling path preset such that the construction vehicle runs, are plotted in the corresponding range sections.

    摘要: The present invention provides a system for supporting maintenance of a travelling path for a construction vehicle, which system enables efficient maintenance of a vehicle travelling path so that drop of loaded stuff, deterioration of durability of the vehicle and the tires, and the like can be effectively prevented. A construction vehicle 11 is provided with a travel position sensor 1, an acceleration sensor 2, and a memory 3 for storing data continually acquired by the sensors during the running of the vehicle, and the system further includes: a controller 5 for reading the aforementioned data out from the memory 3 to express a travelling path graphically, and specifying a maintenance-required travelling path portion in the travelling path thus graphically expressed; and a display portion 6 for displaying the travelling path thus graphically expressed and the maintenance-required travelling path portion extracted therefrom, wherein the controller 5 is adapted to specify a portion of the travelling path corresponding to the acceleration data beyond a predetermined given range of acceleration condition as the maintenance-required travelling path portion.
