    摘要: There is provided a stepping motor of low vibration realized by reducing cogging with a simple structure while maintaining the performances such as torque. A stepping motor of the invention is structured such that a stator unit 18 is composed of a pair of stator sub-assemblies 5, 5 attached to each other in a back to back manner, each stator sub-assembly having a plurality of pole teeth 13 formed at its inner circumference and housing a coil inside thereof, a rotor unit 19 is rotatably disposed with a small gap from the plurality of pole teeth 13 and having multiple magnetic poles formed on an circumference thereof, the multiple magnetic poles of the rotor unit 19 being formed by magnetizing the rotor unit 19 alternately with an S pole and an N pole in a circumferential direction, and that while a magnetic pole width consisting of a width of the S pole and a width of the N pole in a pair is set to a predetermined constant value, the width of the S pole and the width of the N pole in each pair are set to be different from each other.

    摘要: A terminal of a motor is provided, in which a connection between a coil and an external circuit can be carried out securely and with a good workability, while saving material resources and enhancing safety relating to environmental pollution. A terminal (23) consists integrally of a magnet wire binding section (20) to connect to a magnet wire (4) of a coil (6), an external connection section (21) to connect to an external circuit and a support base section (22) to press-fit into a terminal block (19) of a bobbin (5) and hold the terminal (23), and the magnet wire (4) is plasma welded for connection through to the external connection section (21) (terminal 23). The connection of the terminal is carried out by welding (plasma welding), thus the end of the magnet wire of a motor (1) is connected without using solder containing lead. As a result, since lead is not used, material resources can be saved and safety relating to the environmental pollution can be enhanced. Since the support base section (22) press-fits into a hole of the terminal block (19) of the bobbin (5), a direction and position of the terminal (23) are settled to thereby increase the stability.

Further, the motor has a rotor rotating centering around the shaft and having rotor magnets made up of permanent magnets disposed in a confronting relationship with salient poles of the stator magnetic poles.
