The method comprises taking over control of a protocol data unit, PDU, session served by a second SMF, and transmitting, to at least one network function associated with the PDU session, SMF change information associated with the PDU session.

Provided are a UE migration method, apparatus and system and a storage medium. An NF that establishes a signaling interaction with an active SMF acquires a link state between the NF and the active SMF; the NF sends an SMF failure notification message to a standby SMF in response to determining that the active SMF fails; and the standby SMF migrates a UE to be migrated on the active SMF to the standby SMF according to a received SMF failure notification message. Further provided is a method for restoring UEs on a failed SMF to a standby SMF in batches.

A method and device for adjusting radio resource are provided. The method comprises: an RAN acquires a radio resource using parameter of a terminal, wherein the radio resource using parameter of the terminal is used for indicating a frequency for receiving and sending data packets and/or a data packet transmission bandwidth when the terminal accesses network; the RAN adjusts a radio bearer resource occupied by the terminal according to the radio resource using parameter of the terminal, wherein an adjusted radio bearer resource is used by the terminal to transmit data. According to the disclosure, when a terminal accessing a 3GPP network frequently or occasionally send data packets, a network side optimizes to adjust the radio resource according to the acquired radio resource using parameter of the terminal. On the premise that user experience is not reduced, the network resource is optimized, achieving better network optimization and power saving effects.

A system and method for implementing capability exposure and a Capability Exposure Platform (CEP) are provided. the method includes: the CEP receive a user capability updating service request of User Equipment (UE), and determines whether to initiate network capability updating service for a user or not according to subscription information of the user and current network capability information; a corresponding user capability updating parameter is generated after determining to initiate the network capability updating service for the user; and a user capability updating request is sent to a Capability Schedule Entity (CSE), the generated user capability updating parameter being carried therein, to cause the CSE to schedule a network resource to meet a network capability requirement of the user according to the user capability updating parameter.

A local switching method for user plane data includes: after being triggered, a level 1 data node judging whether a direct tunnel can be established for a source user equipment and a target user equipment, and if so, establishing a direct tunnel between a source level 2 data node and a target level 2 data node for the source user equipment and the target user equipment; after receiving an IP data packet transmitted by the source user equipment to the target user equipment, the source level 2 data node forwarding the IP data packet to the target level 2 data node through the direct tunnel between the source level 2 data node and the target level 2 data node, so that the target level 2 data node forwards the IP data packet to the target user equipment.
