    摘要： A method for communicating using a wireless communication network is presented. The method may include receiving a channel quality indicator (CQI) from a first UE. The first UE is served by a base station. The CQI characterizes a channel quality between the first UE and the base station when the base station transmits at a high power. A first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) may be determined for when the base station transmits at a low power based on the received CQI. When the spectrum efficiency of the first MCS is equal to or higher than the spectrum efficiency of a pre-determined MCS, first UE may be communicated with using a low power transmission. In some cases, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) downlink control information (DCI) message is transmitted to the first UE to identify a power spectral density (PSD) level.

    摘要： A system and method for implementing call handover (HO) is disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to communicate with a wireless communication network. The UE is configured to transmit a measurement report to at least one of a serving cell and at least one cell of a coordinated multi-point (CoMP) cell set. The UE is configured to listen for an HO command from a serving cell. The HO command identifies a target cell. The UE is configured to detect a radio link failure between the UE and the serving cell, listen for an HO command from a first cell in the CoMP cell set for a first time duration, and, when an HO command is received from the first cell in the CoMP cell set within the first time duration, perform handover to the target cell identified in the HO command.

A backhaul link data rate may be identified for a first wireless link between the relay node and the base station. The allocation of available resources between the backhaul link and the access link may be adjusted or changed to optimize the allocation of resources.
