摘要: A speaker distortion correction device includes an amplifier configured to drive a speaker; and a distortion corrector. An input signal is input to the distortion corrector, and an output of the distortion corrector is input to the amplifier. The distortion corrector includes a nonlinear distortion controller configured to generate a corrected signal obtained by performing a nonlinear distortion correction process on the input signal so that nonlinear distortion of the speaker is suppressed when the corrected signal is input to the amplifier; a maximum value calculating section configured to calculate a maximum output value of the amplifier to be obtained when the corrected signal is input to the amplifier, based on at least the input signal; and a selector configured to select the corrected signal when the maximum output value does not exceed a predetermined threshold and select the input signal when the maximum output value exceeds the predetermined threshold.

摘要: A distance measurement apparatus executes transmitting and receiving a signal with another device; acquiring first and second phases when the other device receives signals of first and second frequencies from the distance measurement apparatus; measuring third and fourth phases when the signals of first and second frequencies are received from the other device; measuring a distance to the other device based on the acquired first and second phases, the first and second frequencies, and the measured third and fourth phases; and setting randomly a transmission order, and the first and second frequencies. The transmission order indicates an order of transmitting the signal of the first frequency by the other device, transmitting the signal of the first frequency by the distance measurement apparatus, transmitting the signal of the second frequency by the other device, and transmitting the signal of the second frequency by the distance measurement apparatus.

摘要: With a vehicle-mounted acoustic device, a bass-reflex speaker system, composed of an enclosure, ducts, and a speaker unit, is accommodated in a head restraint. Each duct has a large ratio of the duct length to the area of the duct cross section to increase the load mass of air in the duct, so that the resonant frequency of the vibration unit in the speaker unit can be set in a frequency band lower than the resonant frequency of a Helmholtz resonator. Thus, sound pressure in a low-frequency band equal to or lower than the resonant frequency of the Helmholtz resonator can be emphasized and the emphasized sound pressure can be given to the ear.

摘要: A vibration generating device includes a stationary body including a bottom surface, a movable body disposed in an upper space of the bottom surface, and an elastic support disposed between the stationary and movable bodies and configured to support the movable body to be vibratable forward and backward to the stationary body. The elastic support includes a fixed portion fixed to the bottom surface, an upright portion extending upward from the fixed portion, an elastically deformable portion extending from the upright portion leftward and rightward, and a movable-body-attaching portion that extends from the elastically deformable portion and to which the movable body is attached. The elastic support includes a projection extending from the upright portion leftward and rightward at a position different from a position at which the elastically deformable portion extends from the upright portion leftward and rightward. A buffer is included between the projection and the stationary body.
