摘要： The present invention relates to a wort kettle for boiling wort for brewing, the wort kettle comprising a vapor escape pipe and a vapor compressor, wherein vapor can escape to the outside via the vapor escape pipe during heating of the wort kettle and can be diverted by means of a shut-off device via the vapor compressor during boiling. 摘要： An apparatus for emptying sacks filled with bulk material comprising a feeder which transports filled sacks within the apparatus; a circular knife located such that, when the filled bag passes through the feeder, the circular knife cuts the bottom and sides of the bag; a receiving hopper for the bulk material; and an emptying assembly. The emptying assembly is comprised of two swivel plates which swing upwards and towards each other and an upright abutment plate which separately supports each side of the sack. In operation, the circular knife cuts the sack and the feeder loads the cut sack onto the swivel plates which swivel upward forcing the sack into contact with the abutment plate. Gravity forces the material from the sack into the receivimg hopper.

摘要： The invention relates to a boiler for boiling a mash or wort, having an interior partition dividing the boiler into a heat exchanger section and a precipitation section. The boiler according to the invention is characterized in that the partition divides the boiler into an inner precipitation section and a surrounding heat exchanger section, i.e. in that the precipitation section and the heat exchanger section are disposed one within the other. This results in the particular advantage that the overall height of the boiler may be reduced. Since in addition the full height of the boiler is available for the accommodation of pipe conduits in the heat exchanger section, the flow resistance in the pipe conduits may be reduced. In summary, the boiler according to the invention is of simple construction to thereby facilitate the cleaning thereof.
