The seat section (1) is also pivoted on the same bearings (5). In the operative position, into which the entire vehicle back seat can be shifted in one movement, the space underneath the seat can be used as a storage space, or the greater part of the whole length of the cavity can be fully utilized as a loading space for bulky articles after the seat section has been folded up.

    摘要: A continuous fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine including a fuel metering valve 7 operating at a controlled pressure difference between chambers 13,14, the pressure difference being automatically adjusted by a regulating valve 17 including a diaphragm 18 separating two chambers 19,20. Chamber 20 is connected to relief 60 via a movable valve element 35 and the second chamber 19 is connected to the pressure upstream of the metering valve. The pressure difference is determined by a spring system acting on the diaphragm 18 including a stronger spring 33 which acts directly on the diaphragm and a weaker spring 34 which acts as a contact spring holding the valve body 35 lightly in contact with the diaphragm.

    摘要: An apparatus for hardening the cam tracks of camshafts in which one or more camshafts to be hardened are mounted adjacent a master camshaft for synchronous rotation therewith. A plurality of burners are slidably mounted adjacent each track to be hardened for movement toward and away from the track. A follower on the corresponding track of the master camshaft controls movement of the burner. An eccentric oscillates a plate on which the camshafts are mounted to cover all of the cam track. The burner is turned on and off so that the zone of the cam base circle is not heated and remains unhardened.

    摘要: A device for lubricating a rotary piston air pump driven by an engine penetrated by lubricating oil return conduits. The device includes a rotary housing including a casing and two side walls and rotatably mounted on a stationary axle having an eccentric thereon. The axle penetrates the housing perpendicular with respect to the side walls and receives on its eccentric a rotating piston, which is in camming engagement with the casing and limits volume changing operating chambers. The surface of the eccentric on which the piston is mounted is provided with a recess in communication with a suction conduit and a recess in communication with a discharge conduit. The piston has control openings for successively communicating the recesses with the operating chambers during rotary movement of the piston. An oil bore discharges on the surface of the eccentric on which the piston is mounted in a rotating direction of the piston about 15 degrees-30 degrees after the position with the least distance to the center of the axle and laterally offset with respect to the control openings of the piston, whereby the oil bore communicates with an oil conduit of the engine.
